The Truth Behind The Phenomenon of Gang Stalking Is What History Would Come To Know As Church Truth versus Apostacy and the Narcissistic Revenge Stemming From “Defection”

Galileo Galilei’s Middle Finger Under Glass: After Galileo died ecclesiastical authorities would not permit him to be interred in consecrated church ground and his body was kept secretly hidden for some time. Eventually, the Catholic Church agreed to have his body interred and many bone fragments were taken by admirers either kept as souvenirs or put on display. For example, a portion of his vertebra (of the fifth lumbar region) is preserved at a medical school in Padua. A thumb, the index finger, and an upper left premolar were missing for many years. The above photo is of his middle finger and is on display under glass in a science museum in Florence, Italy.

“For we know him that said: “Vengeance is mine: I will recompense”; and again: “God will judge his people.” It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” ~Epistle to the Hebrews, 10:30–31

Giordano Bruno

Many people may not know who Giordano Bruno was more or less even know how he died. He became caught in the cogs and wheel of a Satanic device known as the Inquisition. Giordano Bruno was a Dominican priest whose intellectual interests encompassed mathematics, cosmology, magic, and forbidden church literature. He would go on to describe the University of Oxford as a “constellation of the ignorant, pedantic, and obstinate, and a mass of donkeys and swine.” Upon leaving the University on his return to Italy in 1592, he was apprehended by the Inquisition and took into custody. It was clear through surviving church summarizes he was willing to recant on some matters while remaining adamant on others. His issues were mainly theological rather than scientific. He was later sentenced to death by burning. Most likely succumbing to either asphyxiation as fire depletes oxygen near the stake, hypovolemic shock and/or hypoperfusion. Why was this death necessary? It was necessary because of his deviant proclivity to renounce church belief for, I’m sure what Bruno might have considered “theological inaccuracies.” Of course, his proclivity to speak unmindfully to supremely correct grand inquisitors all too tightly sealed his fate. The Vatican would eventually come to admit in 1992, that the Church erred and the episode belonging to Galileo Galilei a “sad misunderstanding that now belongs to the past.”

The Roman Catholic Inquisition and The Phenomenon of Electronic Targeted Assaults and Psychotronic Torture

Many people may not realize what the Roman Catholic Inquisition was all about. It was about a systematic purging of opposing beliefs that challenged the doctrines of the Roman Catholic Church and its supreme ruling authority. Included in these opposing beliefs were alternative religious views such as Judaism and Muslim, as well as those who sided with new and emerging scientific beliefs based on scientific evidence; mathematics, physics, and astrology. In addition, anyone who behaved strangely, performing behaviors and rituals outside of normal traditional religious customs were also targeted. One particular group was known as the “benandanti” translated into English means “good walkers.”

The Benandanti

The sad truth about the benandanti is they were simple country people and villagers who were performing what seemed to them ordinary night-time processions of provenance intended to ensure an abundant and fruitful harvest. The benandanti’s nighttime walks were battles for fertility in the good human spirit, armed with sprigs of fennel and sorghum stalks of course, against witches, male and female, to ensure no evil befell their crops. I instantly am reminded of theories surrounding the ancient rituals of the people of Stonehenge. Processions of people with similar earthly objects, making a ritual hike to their sacred spot in the worship of the yearly solstice. Yet the Roman Catholic leaders, at first not knowing what to make of the benandanti, would come to view these ancient rituals as nighttime rituals to gather in darkness to commune with Satan and have sex and produce offspring. Thus, the end of the benandanti and their ancient fertility rituals.

“It has been said pragmatic accommodations are sought out in order to maneuver in dangerous environments. Robust and outspoken opinion is replaced by oblique suggestion or calculated silence, by trimming and feinting. It was the strategy of writers in the Soviet Union and it was the strategy of the times during the Roman Inquisitions. As the Roman Inquisition sought to silence their challenges, so too is the purpose for electronic targeted assaults and psychotronic torture.”

Galileo Galilei

A comparison can be made between Galileo’s trial and the phenomenon of electronically targeted assaults and psychotronic torture. As one historian has noted, Galileo’s trial was not about science but about obedience. Concern for “truth” had evolved into concern over the stability and continuance of the ecclesiastical rulers’ supreme authority and power.

Galileo’s trial was a dispute between the ruling Ptolemaic view of the heavens, the sun revolves around the Earth and the Earth is stationary versus Copernicus’ heliocentric view of the heavens, the Earth revolves around a stationary sun and revolves on its axis in one 24-hour cycle known as day and night.

Disagreements during tribunals that would ensure a death sentence would be denouncing the one supreme true God of the Catholic Church as well as denouncing the Ptolemy’s view of the heavens. Narcissists don’t like being proven wrong. Just imagine the labor-intensive work and the manpower required to find every reference to the word coitus, a term that was regarded as obscene; blot it out; replacing it with the more demure copula. There was no universal “find and replace” function. The same could be said for Group (Gang) Stalking with electronic targeted assaults with psychotronic torture. What type of manpower would be required for a systematically smooth execution of this type of crime?

The inquisitorial censors were often myopic, childish, capricious, or daft. The modern era would come to witness similar behavior in the behavior of Mark Zuckerberg, ruling Facebook CEO and social media giant. Zuckerberg would be criticized for capriciously censoring (deleting) the online accounts of his challengers and adversaries. Facebook, like the Roman Catholic Inquisition, can certainly be perceived as something that holds the possibility for “that Satanic Device.” Zuckerberg would later be disciplined for his Napoleonic buying behaviors. He was disciplined by the Federal Trade Commission for mishandling users’ data as well as needing to be told he could no longer purchase companies whose primary business was a social media platform and that he must “diversify his portfolio.”

The End of an Era

In the end, the Inquisition was extinguished not because it realized the error of its wrongs, but because it couldn’t cope with the profound change of values in Europe throughout the eighteenth century. Starting in Protestant countries it would move to the Netherlands and then to England. Issues of tolerance was raised — not for the first time, but as a new positive value emerged. Toleration was now being perceived in a different light, as a positive value rather than a negative value, something you praised and were proud of. Before that, tolerance was something you suffered and was done to you. This idea spread and the Inquisition collapsed.

More than anything else, it was the power of ideas. Ideas like “reason,” and “freedom of conscience” began to limit and then undermine the Roman Inquisition. There is one simple point that can be made about the Roman Catholic Inquisition. Its purpose was as a disciplinary institution operated by an entity, the Church, whose claim to authority was based on values and whose tools proved to be the implements needed to change human willpower. More than anything else, an organization based on values must beware of a challenge made on the very same basis. Ideas have no physical body in the physical world. As a result, they are slow to take hold. How inefficient they must appear placed next to brute force. But they are often the most powerful actors of all. One of those actors was the idea of tolerance. John Locke put it like this in 1689:

“Nobody, therefore, in fine, neither single persons nor churches, nay, nor even commonwealths, have any just title to invade the civil rights and worldly goods of each other upon pretense of religion [among other things] … The sum of all we drive at is that every man may enjoy the same right that are granted to others.”

We might look at the renaissance artwork of the famous sculpture Donatello’s “David.” The image of “David”, clearly the smaller weaker man represents the people of Florence, Italy. These people were a mercantile state, much weaker and smaller. David’s triumph over and the defeat of Goliath, clearly represented in the sculpting as a much larger and stronger man, represents the Duke of Milan. In a similar tone, the emergence of a unified Kingdom of Italy brought an end to the Papal States altogether and the Napoleonic Era abolished the Inquisition. Rome was captured by Italian forces in 1870, and Pope Pius IX took refuge in the enclave that would eventually become a sovereign city-state, his temporal powers henceforward restricted to those few acres. The head off of the Dragon had been cut off and, as it has happened so many times throughout history, it was cut off by yet another dictator/tyrant.

Might we not make a similar argument for the abuse to persons suffering electronic targeted assaults and psychotronic torture? Is the purpose of this form of torture not to illustrate to the victim the supreme ruling authority endowed by the perpetrator?

Since Prohibiting Alcohol Through Legal Sanction Isn’t An Option, Electronic Torture Is The New Black In Dealing With The “Non-Valuable Persons”

Laws have been relaxed when it comes to marijuana use. Soon all of America will one day enjoy the freedom of cannabis. Like alcohol, it is legal to purchase edibles infused with THC as well as smoke it. At least in my own state of residence. The “cannabis wave” seems to be a wave catching momentum within America. So, what’s my electronic targeting all about? It’s clearly a force pressing against my mind, oppressing my will and right to choose. But does the law grant any “professional authority” (medical doctor, psychiatrist, police officer, or otherwise) the right to inflict pain and suffering through torture? No. Consent is required for that and it must be a legally formulated medical contract. A contract in the interest of “curing a patient.” A contract for BDSM is not considered legal by the courts and therefore would not be binding. So, if you have a contract with your lover you think is “binding,” think again. If he/she decides to sue you, you will be guilty for all damages.

So what is electronic targeting with psychotronic torture about? My targeting didn’t explode into my life until after very specific events took place. One, work at a predominantly male engineering firm. Followed by, two separate tragic deaths of close relatives in car accidents. My brother and my nephew. Three, a relapse into drug use. Four, I was involved in a hit and run and taken to Helene Fuld Psychiatric Ward for evaluation (diagnosed “schizophrenic”). Five, accepting employment at the Trenton Times that worked closely with Trenton and Mercer County detectives (MCPO). Police were always present as security. Six, I was raped while trying to cop. Seven, reported the violent crime to the MCPO December 2006. Eight, went into “treatment program”. In 2009, my psychotronic torture would begin. So what’s causing my targeting? Have I been chosen for electronic targeting and psychotronic torture because I “got help” from my local welfare agency and state funded medical care? Was I thrust into experimental medical research like a Holocaust Jew? Is it because I’m a “white” girl in a predominantly black oppressed urban government agency that services “underprivileged groups?” Is it a conspiracy being performed by the other mentally disordered members in my family? Or have I just been chosen for “automated disposal” by some automated garbage collector rooted in white supremacy? Let there be no illusions about what electronic targeting and psychotronic torture is all about. It’s about the torture of the innocent by a narcissist! People who possess the the caliber for such crimes of torture sometimes rise in the ranks to eventually hold powerful positions of leadership. No more than three (3) grand inquisitors went on to become pope. While those who expose real Truth, like Galileo, are sequestered, isolated, and silenced. Galileo’s views challenged Church doctrine and the Church set out to contain it. All one has to do is do a perusal of history to find that many, many, leaders who were focused and dedicated possessed a form of mental illness (sadism, greed, Machiavellianism, narcissism, psychopathy, and a personality disorder). To see a list of abusive genocidal leaders click on the link. https://www.scaruffi.com/politics/dictat.html

People who are being electronically targeted suffering psychotronic torture are being “dealt with” much like the Vatican police deals with its inner-group crime.

Are You A Targeted Individual? Here Is Another Piece of Advice To Consider

The above illustration depicts a HISTORY of PAST behaviors not necessarily CURRENT behaviors as a previous victim of rape, date rape, domestic violence, past drug abuse, and a criminal complaintant filed as a violent crime. The most atrocious online behavior I have encountered, talking about my experiences, was the prevelence of victim blaming. That idea that some how I deserved the treatment I was receiving because of my past drug history with no consideration to my current situation.

The latest issue of Violence and Gender published an article entitled “Feminicide Violence Before During the COVID-19 Health Emergency.” This article includes a chart for the Dependent Variable and the corresponding Independent Variables related to attempted acts of feminicide as well as feminicide itself (see below).

The same type of illustration can be made for each specific case of Group (Gang) Stalking with electronic targeting assaults and psychotronic torture. Pictured ABOVE is a ROUGH DRAFT illustration depicting some of my variables which I believe contributed to my gang stalking. I need to work on getting it type-printed using an Excel flow chart graph.

If your a victim of Group (Gang) Stalking with electronic assaults suffering psychotronic torture, you might want to compile a similar chart listing all possible independent variables that may have contributed to your gang stalking.

A major glaring red flag for me is Capital Health Systems at Fuld, Psychiatric Holding Area, Trenton, New Jersey. A major trauma hospital that serves the surrounding communities as well as low-income, welfare recipients through social service programs.

It is important to note my electronic targeting assaults began in 2009 as electronic psychotronic torture. Well after I had made changes to my behavior by removing myself from the surrounding drug culture.

Dark Money and Its Ties to Electronic Targeted Physical Assaults and the Targeted Individual

Updated: August 30, 2021; 04:59 PM

In February 2009, less than one month after Barrack Obama was sworn in as president, Obama would enjoy an approval rating of over 60 percent. His administration, however, would be under fire from the kind of guerrilla warfare waged against many democratic presidents who assumed presidential office. Virtually every Democratic president since Franklin Roosevelt to Barrack Obama has had political campaigns waged against them. Perhaps, some might say, Obama faced even fiercer factions. It is during this time we see the creation of a new political movement of a small number of people with massive resources orchestrating, manipulating, and exploiting the economic unrest for their own purposes. Hence, the Tea Party. However, the Tea Party was not a new strain of American politics, it was part of the same old ideological thinkers who joined right-wing movements from the Liberty League to Scaife’s Arkansas Project. One thing remained undeniable during Obama’s administration, the element of racial resentment that tinged many Tea Party rallies was the same old and disgracefully enduring story of American politics. What Obama was up against was a new form of permanent campaigning not waged by politicians but by people whose wealth gave them the ability to fund their own private field operations with which they could undermine the outcome of the election. And the phenomenon of electronically targeted physically assaulted and psychotronic torture of the “mentally ill individual” seems to mimic this same crisis in white masculinity. It is just another way those with economic resources, political and business connections find a way to fund their own private field operations for private interests.

Changing gears from presidential politics to state and municipal politics, it was around this time I began my first intimate experience with psychotronic torture. It has been suggested that the year, 2009, was the year the phenomenon of the Targeted Individual manifested itself. How much attention is paid, by the individual, to the unrivaled role of outside money and how it can influence how private interests are carried out and governed in those with political, financial, and social power? It is only those whose interests make it absolutely necessary to keep abreast on the political and business activities of one’s enemies and their corporate interests, their friends with the spending power, political connections, and corporate/business interest and how those interests connect to media power and broadcast manipulations.

Imagine the kind of power that could be unmasked if the conservative political machine, outside the traditional political machine, could control outcomes by being funded by unlimited private fortunes? According to the book “Dark Money: the hidden history of the billionaires behind the rise of the radical right” by Jane Mayer, a self-financed militia could be called into action without transparency, legal restrictions, or accountability to circumvent “problems.” Reading this book one makes eery connections to the role a narcissist plays in the downfall of the weak and vulnerable.

According to the book, “much attention was paid to the portion of this spending that was directed at elections. Less attention was paid to the equally unrivaled role that outside money played in influencing the way the country was governed.” In this way, America’s attention is focused on putting the vote back into the people’s hands and not on the unrivaled role outside money plays in influencing outcomes. It has become a battle between financial and political power and corporate business interest and one where the individual’s vote no longer counts for much anymore.

What I found offensive was the manner in which the House Republicans chose to fight the new Democratic president in 2009. “In January 2009 the model the House Republicans chose to emulate was the Taliban,” states Jane Mayer. “The House campaign committee held up Afghanistan’s infamous Islamic extremists as providing an example of how they could wage ‘asymmetric warfare.’” Compare this political strategy to electronic targeted weapons and the use of psychotronic torture in cases of the gang stalked and one can make an adequate description of the new reign of terrorism, no longer foreign but now domestic, and how it has come to spread itself across the United States like an unbeknownst plague claiming the lives of the innocent through the use of electronic targeted physical assaults and psychotronic torture; military tactics fashioned to emulate Afghanistan’s Islamic extremists.

On December 12, 2016, Dr. Seth Farber wrote an essay, “The Psychiatric Metanarrative, Targeted Individuals and the Deep State” on the discrediting of TIs using a pseudo-scientific psychiatric narrative which dismisses all of them as non-compliant “psychotics, and egregiously asserts the innocence of the deep state.” A quotation from The American Public Informs President Obama’s Commission for the Study of Bioethical Issues About Ongoing Non-Consensual Human Experimentation in the USA:

“Neuroscientists, in particular, know that we stand today on the tip of a massive revolution in human affairs with the new knowledge of remote influencing technologies capable of manipulating the human body and human brain. So do the Military and Intelligence agencies. Who will speak and act today on behalf of all humanity? Who will step forward in this country to investigate, prosecute, and terminate ALL non-consensual human experimentation ongoing today? Will the real bioethicists please stand up?”

Like the concealed legendary myth of Greek mythology, Metis’ incorporation by Zeus, hidden within the ancient play of Aeschylus’ Oresteia, the myth narrative helps explains the function of incorporation in psychoanalysis of matricide as opposed to the mechanism of introjectionthe function of mourning. Myth political narratives are the creative narratives by those in positions of political, economic, and social power who attempt to conceal a mistruth or lie through phantasmagorical garb. Like the myth, “Ruth Bader Ginsburg screwed us all,” it eclipses the truth by way of concealment and lies about the true reason American political power is corrupt. The Republican majority leadership in both the House and the Senate. Myths that conceal, even at the local level, the marriage between small businesses (doctors), corporate businesses (advancing technologies), and deep state government statism and corruption.

To compare the analysis of white masculinity in American history, the development of the crisis in white masculinity coincides with developments like the end of the Western frontier and disappearing opportunities for economic independence in an era of business bureaucratization. And where Griffin (1990) is unpersuaded that the impact of these trends on particular groups within the middle class is arguable and, in any case not shown.

In his cultural history of American manhood, sociologist Michael Kimmel (1996) points to several co-extensive phenomena which he argues cracked the foundation upon which manhood had been grounded. These included: (1) industrialization(2) the entry into the public sphere a significant number of women, (3) Emancipation of the blacks, (4) a massive influx of immigrants, and (5) the closing of the Western frontier. Once again, the meaning of manhood was uncertain. Comparing the aspect of uncertainty within this historical context and in light of Jane Mayer’s information in “Dark Money” we can come to an understanding of how the impact of “feeling frightened and cut loose from traditional moorings of their identities, adrift in some anomic sea” may lead to a crisis of white masculinity, indeed of any gender and ethnicity.

Rituals of initiation of men into popular fraternal orders and aggressive reactionary politics are nothing new and still maintain their presence in American culture and we can further compare these fraternal brotherhoods to initiations and rituals found in gang memberships as well as the phenomenon of gang stalking, electronic targeted physical assaults and psychotronic torture. Might the depletion of economic business opportunities and marketing niches birthed the phenomenon of gang stalking, electronic targeted physical assault, psychotronic torture and the new business of electronic service security surveillance?

Stalking is a social construct that arose in a particular social and cultural context. The concept of stalking was introduced in the late 1980s to describe a form of interpersonal aggression that, although common through the ages, had come to be socially unacceptable in the western world after the recognition of equal rights for women and the prosecution of domestic violence. Stalking is a form of coercive control primarily utilized by abusive husbands over their wives. Since the new term of the millennium has been ‘group’ or ‘gang’ stalking, it is interesting to note that this places the gang stalking at a time period when the world wide web was forming connections between individuals and groups of individuals together through the service of America Online which was made affordable through the median pricing of the home computer.

In addition, when individuals claim they are being stalked by a group of people, they are labeled delusional, as where if the individual claimed they were being stalked by one person they were more likely to be believed. Research into this phenomenon has been scarce, but new research studies are being carried out to better understand the phenomenon.

In my personal experience with gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults to my mind and body, I have also experienced what I term “telecommunication interference” which behaves similar stalking in a pattern of repeated, unwanted intrusion by one person, or group of persons, into the private life of another in a manner that causes distress, disruption, or fear through clandestine radiological eavesdropping devices. I also believe the intelligence and information gathered through these eavesdropping operations contribute directly to my experience with gang stalking because clandestine operators are privy to my “comings” and “goings.” Similar to a secret military operation or police “stake-out.” Because similar operations are utilized in military and government surveillance, I believe these operations, as I have come to know them, are being carried out by an organized group of individuals perpetrating illegal surveillance and in violation of stalking laws. I have experienced cell phone interference, laptop computer interference, as well as television interference, and hear what appears to be people talking over the projection of a radio signal. That is, these sounds are outside my head as if I were listening to a radio broadcast.

To emerge de novo means “to emerge a new” as the result of some event, pattern, or phenomenon. Advances in technology have greatly increased the criminal capabilities to take stalking to the next level of clandestine surveillance.

Phenomenology. You know why I love that word? Georg Wilhelm Friedrich Hegel, the German philosopher who penned The Phenomenology of Spirit or The Phenomenology of Mind. In Lordship and Bondage, it begs me to ask the following question:

“What is the Phenomenology of Mind behind act of clandestine gang stalking that combines with electronic targeted assaults utilizing telecommunication interference and radiological eavesdropping surveillance?”

PARANOIA? Or is it something more sinister? Similar to what Judith Butler referred to as the “merest particle of the meanest character?” CRUELTY and SADISM?

“….it is in them that the enemy reveals himself in his characteristic shape, they are rather the object of serious endeavor and become precisely matters of the utmost importance. This enemy, however, renews himself in his defeat, and consciousness, in fixing its attention on him, far from freeing itself from him, really remains forever in contact with him and forever sees itself as defiled.” This “enemy,” as it were, is described as “the merest particular of the meanest character,” one which serves, unfortunately, as an object of identification for his “fallen” consciousness. Here, consciousness in its fall abjection has become like shit, lost in a self-referential anality, a circle of its own making. In Hegel’s words, “we have here only a personality confined to its own self and its petty actions, a personality brooding over itself, as wretched as it is impoverished.” ~Judith Butler

Wireless communication system facilitates the communication among peoples in the exchange of data. Wireless communication intercept or denial of communications is named Electronic Warfare (EW). Jamming is one way to disconnect transmissions and communications between Wireless systems. In making a comparison to the sequelae effects of gang stalking, electronic surveillance (eavesdropping), and electronic targeted assaults we can come to an understanding of how “denial and disconnection” are achieved as a sequelae effect as reported in the physical losses of the individual through change in lifestyle. This effect completes the “denial and disconnection” of the individual through intelligence gathering and psychological operations not only with regard to psychological sequelae and practical losses but also over the individual’s sense of agency in collaborating with others. This is just one aspect of military science that is employed by governments and police forces but it is also employed by organized crime syndicates as well.

SAFEGUARDING HUMAN DIGNITY: Was this an impossible aspect following the fall of the Nazi regime in East Germany?

“Between gods and men, territories are set up. At least in the no-man’s land of the heights of heaven, the depths of hell, and inside the boundary traced by the oceans. Dimensions installed by a cosmogonic trilogy that leaves each term in its generic place. There remains the earth ancestress, a fourth term, that was once the most fertile, that has been progressively buried and forgotten beneath the architectonic of patriarchal sovereignty. And this murder erupts in the form of ambivalences that have constantly to be solved and hierarchized, in twinned pairs of more or less good doubles.”

Luce Irigaray, Marine Lover of Friedrich Nietzsche

The purpose of criminal codes is to safeguard the dignity of humankind, its freedom, and rights under a country’s constitution which dictates the behavior of its citizens. However, in 1951 under Stasi rule, the codified offenses for which East German citizens were prosecuted and imprisoned were unique to totalitarian regimes, both fascist and communist. Victims to forms of this particular perversion of justice were usually persons who had requested legal exit permits from the German Democratic Republic (DDR) authorities but who were turned down. In many cases, their “crime” was having contact with a Western consulate to inquire about immigration procedures. Sentences of up to two and a half years’ hard labor were not unusual as punishment for such inquiries. Similar injustices among business partnerships and intimate partner relationships display similar forms of deviance and perversion.

For this reason, it makes absolutely no sense for Targeted Individuals to claim gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and advanced military weapons are being used against them, as American citizens, by the US government. At least that is my opinion. What is causing the phenomenon of the Targeted Individual is closely tied to intimate partner relationships, stalking by someone the individual knew or had past business dealings with. In most cases of successfully prosecuted stalking cases, the perpetrators have been someone the victim knew or had a former business or romantic relationship with. In my case, this places several individuals on the front stage in my theatrical production called “Life.”  Since going to the Mercer County Prosecutors Office and reporting sexual assault, I have experienced stalking type of behavior, gang stalking, and electronic targeted assaults. But I make no claim that the federal government is doing it. The people from my past weren’t “nice people.” In fact, the twisted code of membership in gangs doesn’t make sense to anyone outside the gang. I term this twisted code of logic “mafia mentality.” In gang mentality, individuals are brutally attacked and killed because the individual didn’t follow the rules of gang membership. There is no world where those thought processes and behaviors are okay. Luce Irigaray spoke on the slippage between the murder of self and the soul in one of her feminist writing:

“Vengeance is practiced, outside of laws or rights, in the form of aggression that may or may not be preconcerted. Thus, a sort of international vendetta is set up, present more or less everywhere, which disorients the female populace, the groups and micro-societies which are in the process of being formed. Real murders take place as part of it, but also (insofar as they can be distinguished) cultural murders, murders of the mind, emotions, and intelligence.”

Gang stalking is exactly what the East German Secret Police carried out on the East German populace through their techniques of “Zersetzung” (corrosion). These techniques were employed as a form of coercive control over problem political dissidents. These same techniques are used by male batterers who tightly control their wives’ behavior because they suffer from a form of delusional paranoia. It is the same techniques that are carried out through gang stalking and electronic targeted assaults. Victims being harassed by some veiled presence become convinced it’s the US government behind it in experimental research programs pertaining to mind control projects, testing new military weapons, and/or new government eavesdropping technologies, etc.

“When victims are used as props to symbolize something for the benefit of the terrorist group, and when one of the more striking features of terrorism is that it always lays claim to virtue by claiming it is confronted with some form of terrible violence, repression, and cruelty and thereby seeks to use those same techniques to destroy an unjust system than what we see is violence masquerading as virtue and revenge impersonating “the rule of law.”

The faux pas of the 1945 peace negotiations, the Allied peace conferences that took place at Yalta and Potsdam to determine the fate of Germany’s territories, was its failure to anticipate the mass oppression and silencing of its political free thinkers. When they handed power over to the Soviet Union, granting communist occupation, what formed was a secret police force even more sinister than the former Gestapo. Engaging in “propaganda hostile to the state” was a punishable offense. To ensure that the people would become and remain submissive, East German communist leaders saturated their realm with more spies than had any other totalitarian government in recent history. The ratio for the Stasi was one secret policeman per 166 East Germans. It is estimated, when combined with regular secret civilian informers, there was at least one spy watching every 66 citizens! Add to this number the amount of part-time snoops and the result would be one spy for every 6.5 citizens. The level of paranoia is unprecedented during the modern common era. From the tapping of phone lines to regulations that required families to report overnight guests to the authorities, the Stasi knew no limits and had no shame for “protecting the party of the state.” Offices and confessional booths in churches were infested with eavesdropping devices.

Absolutely nothing was sacred to the East German Secret Police. These techniques are similar to the techniques employed in gang staling, electronic targeting (GPS tracking and spyware), electronic targeted assaults, and cyberwarfare. The Stasi infiltrated apartments, bedrooms, even bathrooms by boring holes in the wall and setting up secret surveillance cameras that recorded civilian activity. The Stasi, and those who infiltrate the private lives of individual citizens, demonstrate the sinister side of deutsche Grundlichkeit (German thoroughness). This is the clandestine side of intelligence and information gathering used to protect “the state’s” best interests.

Similar nonsense questions particular to American political affairs is, “Is the government causing Asian hatred and violence against Asians by calling China a threat?” We do not live in a totalitarian regime. We live in a democracy in which one is free to express their opinions about China’s lack of transparency, especially in investigations regarding the Coronavirus. There is a debated conflict between whether China really let us “see” the actual records on what transpired in their country in September 2020, intimations suggesting a cover-up, or whether there are a bunch of unanswered questions, and a lack of willingness on the China government to allow further World Health Organization investigations into the various farms that supplied the animals to Wuhan Market. It always comes down to two important questions, Who is telling the truth? And, Who is covering up a lie?

After the fall of the Berlin wall and the fall of the East German regime, before unification could take place, Germans would have to speak of Vergangenheitsbewdltigung (“coming to grips with the past”). Suffering from a troubled and oppressed past, meant Germans would need to arrive at forgiveness or at least find some form of redemption and this is no different for those individuals victimized by gang stalking and electronic targeted assaults. To be reunited with one’s peaceful past existence, in the life they lived before the assaults and oppression, requires a “fall” of the superior power that must take place, and one must address accountability for the crimes committed by the fallen empire. This is what the International War Crimes Tribunal in Nurnberg was assigned to address following the close of World War II. After the East German regime fell, even in the face of thousands of political trials and human rights abuses that were well documented, the German judicial authorities scrupulously avoided the appearance of waging witch-hunts or using the law as a weapon of vengeance. This lack of accountability was particularly difficult for those who suffered under East German rule. In a similar vein, the phenomenon of gang stalking and electronic targeted assaults appears accurately poised in its actions as waging vengeful witch-hunts carried out by some veiled Inquisitors from the medieval past. Arbitrarily dishing out assaults because of some absolute monarch’s requirement for totalitarian control.

One might attribute the fall of the East German regime to political and economic difficulties the country was experiencing. It had to look to West Germany for a loan just to pay its interest payments. One might call East Germany’s failure in communism its “fatal knot.” This often happens when long-term war drains a country’s resources as it did in Napoleon’s Peninsula War and the Vietnam War.

Now apply the following terms from this essay to individual history and individual psychology:

Safeguarding Human Dignity  (Are the people involved interested in safeguarding human dignity?)

Totalitarian rule  (Are the people involved engaging in a form of totalitarian rule?)

Retribution for making legal inquiries to the authorities  (Are victims suffering retribution for rightful and legal inquires?)

Mafia mentality  (Do any of the individuals involved demonstrate a form of “mafia mentality?” e.g., modes of violent aggressive narcissism)

Gang Violence  (Are the tactics of discipline similar to gang stalking tactics and discipline?)

Zersetzung  (Are these individuals engaging in campaigns that seek to frighten and intimidate while unnerving their victims into silent submission?)

Vergangenheitsbewdltigung  (Is someone failing in “coming to grips with their past?”)

DECEPTIVE CRIMINAL RELATIONSHIPS: Comparing the penetration of electronic targeted assaults and non-penetrative targeted assaults against the criminal penetration and non-penetration of deceptive sexual relations

Targeted Individual (TIs) and Electronically Targeted Individual (eTIs): Concepts in crisis

Please consider the following excerpt from Conflict Is Not Abuse: Overstating Harm, Community Responsibility, and the Duty of Repair in which Sarah Schulman writes:

“The definition of “violence” has now expanded to include a new continuum of behaviors and feelings that are also generically used to ascribe a negative value to a person’s actions. The word “violence” has expanded far beyond the field of physical assault to also mean emotional abuse and, unfortunately, emotional conflict where there is no abuse. In recent years, we see “violence” and “abuse” being ascribed to social criticism, efforts to understand phenomena, and social and psychological analysis. “Abuse” is also regularly used to describe disagreement and misunderstanding. Accusations of “policing,” “shaming,” and other expressions of “call-out culture” demanding “safety” from uncomfortable ideas represent people and actions as laden with blame, refusing interactivity around the content of ideas and perceptions. This is in line with the similar practice of calling racial analysis “playing the race card.” Trying to understand and explain structures of pathology is repressed by accusations of wrong-doing. Thinking is wrong. Saying is wrong. Not only are revelations unwanted, they get mischaracterized as harm.” (1)

Now comparing this above-stated information and comparing it to the penetrative electronic assaults of the electronically Targeted Individual (eTI) I’d like to now present theories in the philosophy of law and deceptive sexual relations. The paper, Deceptive Sexual Relations: A Theory of Criminal Liability published in the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, draws on historical accounts of deceptive sexual relations involved in medical procedures, in cases of teaching, and deceptions involving intent in the sexual activity of partners. Past cases involving doctors who, misrepresenting sex as a surgical operation to cure fits, another doctor surreptitiously replacing a medical instrument with his penis during an intimate examination, and a voice coach (music teacher) disguising sex as a therapeutic aid to help his pupil’s singing voice. However, the most extreme deception takes place when the victim isn’t even aware sexual penetration has taken place as observed in cases where some form of mind-altering substance such as alcohol or opiates or, more recently, the use of electronic stimulation (e-Stim) to sedate. This is being observed as the newest ritual in manipulating the victim’s conscious state of awareness, thereby making it difficult for the victim to determine the extent of the criminal liability and the relationship he/she has to the perpetrator of such penetrations. We can compare victim relationships to their perpetrators in cases involving sexual assault and deceptive sexual relations. (2)

In referring back to the opening excerpt I used to alert my readers’ attention to the nature of “shaming.” Historically in the realm of law, rapists were protected from prosecution through what had been previously known as “promiscuity laws.” These laws gave courts the right to expose a sexual assault victim’s past history regarding sexual abuse, especially if the victim was under the age of 14 to 16 years of age. As a result of these laws that exposed victim’s childhood maltreatment and nature of abuse and sexual abuse to the public, many rapists eluded prosecution by placing blame on the victim and through its exposure, shamed and stigmatizing the victim as somehow responsible for their own victimization. To my knowledge, these laws are no longer in use. However, with similar respect, the aspect of shaming in stigmatizing Targeted Individuals and electronic Targeted Individuals (eTIs) when it comes to the nature of these electronic assaults and victimizations, shaming is also utilized as a defense by the perpetrator. Society has projected TIs and eTIs as being “mentally ill” and in need of “medical therapy” or “medical assistance” which, in my opinion, obscures the Truth with regard to the real nature and causes for this phenomenon and it is the reason why it has been consistently kept an ongoing problem. It has been my conclusion what is known as electronic targeted assaults overlooks the nature of intimate partner violence (IPV) and domestic violence (DM) through a third-party proxy; accomplices that may be medical doctors and scientists.

With the advent of e-Stim or electronic stimulation, experimental medicine has moved into new areas of remote wireless electronic stimulation. There are various medical techniques that utilize electronic devices, computer microchip technology, the use of computers and computer software programs, hand-held devices that deliver radio frequency signals to implants and/or wearable head and body gear as recently seen in DARPA Military News (3). The latter as part of wearable body gear in the sex play of bondage and discipline in acts of BDSM and the electro-medical fetish. (4) In applications used in psychiatry and spinal nerve stimulation; such as Vegus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) and most recently with paraplegics and quadriplegics in helping them to regain mobility. We are now witnessing a move into the area utilizing light photonic physics (5). Optogenetic research has claimed to induce aggression in experimental project mice utilizing neurological implants. (6) But never have I witnessed in the modern era, where laws have been established structuring the nature of consent both in medicine, law, and finance, the financial and legal responsibilities involving medical and legal malpractice and financial malfeasance and boards positioned within hospitals and medical research facilities outlining responsibilities demanding adherence to ethical medical practices in research. These “at will” attacks in uncontrolled settings, for example when the person is driving down the road in a motor vehicle which is outside of hospitals and doctor’s office, places equipped with addressing issues of medical emergencies should they arise from such experimental procedures. These “left-wing assaults” usurping the legal rights away from a person’s autonomous action through the form of electronic attacks against their will, unbeknownst to them, and without the knowledge of the identities of the perpetrators.

These new advances in neuroscience involve manipulating the conscious mental state of mice and in some psychiatric applications, so too, involve manipulating the conscious mental state of human beings under controlled settings. In the practice of law that criminalizing deceptive medical procedures, which is similar to the legal practice of criminalizing deceptive sexual relations as prosecutable criminal offenses, both areas raise two vital questions. How accurately do definitions within these two categories of offenses capture the harmfulness and wrongfulness of the criminal acts involved? That is to say, deceptive sexual assault and the penetration of targeted electronic frequency into the human body and the human mind, and should there be separate criminal offenses specifically outlining, clearly describing, and separating the Targeted Individual (TIs) from the electronically Targeted Individual (eTIs) as victims involved in deceptive criminal acts aimed at harming the public at large? Should there be a separately defined outline to procedural law and how the law identifies, handles, prosecutes, and punishes the perpetrators responsible for the phenomenon of electronic Targeted Individuals and electronic targeted assaults? And how do we as a nation go about protecting vulnerable populations that are being abused by these criminal perpetrators? The difference between the TI and the eTI is the difference between non-penetrative and penetrative assaults. That is the difference viewed between sexual assault involving penile penetration as “rape” and non-penile penetration of sexual assault which is classified as “gross indecency.” Gross indecency as described as a deceptive sexual encounter involving sexual activity using a video camera to record a partner by misleading him/her into believing the encounter is genuine but instead the encounter is recorded and used to humiliate the victim by exposing him/her to public scrutiny. Likewise, the deceptive medical practice of implanting individuals with devices that respond to electronic signals the individual has no control over. Technological advances are occurring far too quickly and we, as ordinary men, are at a loss in grasping the social threads needed to pull together a clearer picture regarding this phenomenon and to which the social values of men may be contributing to the quick unraveling of these social threads. It is my opinion exposing this phenomenon for what it really is, that is, high gross indecency of a segment of society responsible for controlling these targeted assaults aimed at the mind and body of individuals through a third-party proxy; a rogue person in a position of power and in a position of leadership within the community.

While I can understand public misperceptions regarding the Targeted Individual (TI) and the electronically Targeted Individual (eTI) as being test subjects taking part in government mind control programs, it is my opinion these public perceptions further obscure the truth behind the true nature of what’s really happening. I’ll give a few examples of how misconceptions involving military experiments and our government secret use of hospitals, university, and military installations to carry out top-secret programs. In October 1995, former President Bill Clinton announced the federal government was responsible for top-secret military projects and apologized to the US public for these “secret projects.”

The Philadelphia Experiment. Although the Philadelphia Experiment was said to have never happened, it was an “alleged” military experiment reported to have been carried out by the U.S. Navy at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States sometime around October 28, 1943. The USS Eldridge was claimed to have been rendered “invisible” or “cloaked” to enemy devices. Although many people claimed the experiment involved an attempt at “time travel” which no actual proof of this exists and it is surmised was not the case. The experiment utilized Albert Einstein’s “Unified Field Theory” combining electromagnetism and gravity in an attempt to bend light around objects thereby making the object “invisible” or “cloaked” from enemy radar. There were reports by some naval personnel, who claimed to be part of the experimental project, of physical ailments resulting from “exposure.” Intensive electromagnetic fields have been known to cause symptoms like nausea, dizziness, and disorientation. It was my perception, if this experiment did take place, it may have been one of the United States’ first attempts at exploring “stealth technology.”

Modern stealth technology experiments begun in 1958, but there must have existed a long line of “trial by error” by experimenters in determining what parts of our physical world might work and what parts would not work regarding invisibility and cloaking. However, the Philadelphia Experiment is said to have never happened. But, two aspects of our physical world are in fact electromagnetism and gravity and man has never lost his insatiable desire to control his natural world.

The Stargate Project. In response to 1970s government intelligence sources claiming the Soviet Union was spending 60 million rubles a year on psychotronic research, the federal government through the U.S. Army established the Stargate Project secret program in 1978. It was an attempt to utilize psychics for “remote viewing” capabilities to assist in acquiring intelligence that would assist the United States with national security and cold war issues. It is reported that a few of the psychics were acquired from the Church of Scientology. Individuals who reach the highest level of discipline within the church were recruited. One researcher said that a minimum accuracy rate of 65% required by the clients was often exceeded in the later experiments. One of the project’s most successful operations was the location of a lost Soviet spy plane in 1976 by Rosemary Smith, a young administrative assistant recruited by project director Dale Graff.

Elon Musk’s new company Neuralink

Elon Musk’s newest company Neuralink established in 2016 is attempting to outfit human brains with interfaces that communicate with computers. Musk proclaimed that in a lot of ways his newest development in computer and advancing technological interfaces is “a lot like Fitbit for your brain (7).” Neuralink’s plan is to replace a small portion of the human skull with a dollar-coin sized device that can read your mind. Although neuroethical questions need to be addressed, the intentions for Musk’s technology seemed geared to help benefit man. However, the existence of the dark side of man has not changed through the course of human history and the fact remains there exists a small population within the human race who would use this technology against man’s better interests forever changing the landscape of fighting crime in ever-advancing world of hi-tech gadgetry. Proponents asking questions regarding neuroethical research wonder what living in a future world might be like if human thoughts and brains could be harnessed so as to nudged a person’s decision-making process in a different direction? What will the future of crimes like sexual assault and murder look like?

Intimate Partner Violence: How Spanking Affects Externalizing Parenting Outcomes and the Externalizing Behaviors of the Child and Its Connection to Electronic Assaults and Electronic Torture in Everyday Civilian Life in the Public at Large

Image for post

With regard to the study of parenting behaviors and their central role in influencing children’s behaviors and thereby the development of negative outcome in children’s behaviors, such as criminal offending, substance misuse, psychiatric disorders, and violence perpetration, there can be an association made between the act of visually witnessing violence and the act of personally experiencing the violence first hand through targeted electronic assaults against the body. However, the symptoms associated with intimate partner violence (IPV) and domestic violence (DV) should be the same types of symptoms observed as the side effects for those being electronically targeted with electronic assaults. Symptoms such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance misuse, other psychiatric disorders, and criminal offending.

In one research study, the effects of intimate partner violence (as seen in the act of spanking) and how it affects and undermines the relationship between the mother and the children. In the aftermath of violence, practitioners worked with both the mother and children as a means of intervention in supporting and strengthening the mother-child relationship.

In another area of research, the aspect of intimate partner violence plays a role when “surrogate parents” (intervening family members such as siblings who act in place for the parents) have the established existence of dark personality traits because of a personality disorders which further complicate and compounds the intimate partner violence (IPV). These are factors that contribute to the promotion of long-term side effects because these “surrogate parents” show obvious signs of not respect the rights of the mother and seek to sabotage and undermine her psychiatric treatment and healthy development. This is my truth. Using a form of electronic targeting, I was abused in my home with electromagnetic frequency vibration/stimulation that forcefully removed me from the home by some unknown assailant.

In the aftermath of this experience, in which I was forced to stay at my twin siblings’ residence since I had no other housing, I underwent outpatient therapy. I somehow came in contact with trace amounts of cocaine while staying there, and of which I tested positive for as this was part of the treatment program. I was not using at this time and I can support this statement by the fact I had cut all previous associations with my former drug suppliers following a sexual assault. I also had no income or money, and I was being treated on a daily “outpatient” basis for trauma and addiction. I believe the drug was introduced into my toothpaste or on my toothbrush. This was a most Machiavellian move as it served to undermine me and complicate my treatment program. This is the smoke and mirrors of a deception aimed at harming a person through deception. It has become clear to me that I am dealing with a sadistic narcissist.

In the paper I’m going to cite, Impact of Intimate Partner Violence on Parenting and Children’s Externalizing Behaviors: Transactional Processes Over Time published in Violence Against Women on January 1, 2021, I’m going to make a comparison between the act of physically spanking with the hand and the act of physically spanking with an electronic tether, inducing an electromagnetic field in the head to cause cognitive disturbances. This fact has been reflected in my writing which sometimes is full of mistakes in both grammar and spelling. These electronic assaults have most recently been dished out in the form of punishments. This happened to me when I refused to hand over my COVID19 relief check last month, I was tortured via a biological implant in my head that delivered an electromagnetic field/signal that turned on and gave an uncomfortable sensation associated with this EMF field. Since I have past experience with trauma and addiction, I am no stranger to overnight stays in the psychiatric ward of my local hospital and, as you know, the mentally ill make up a portion of people who have been used in unethical, inhumane medical experiments. Pregnant mothers and their children make up a vulnerable group of people who are sometimes targeted especially if these new mothers are unmarried. See the Vanderbilt Nutrition Study.

In all areas of research, diagnostic tools are used to assess the efficacy of the newly developing technologies, drugs, and research. Adverse side-effects can be assessed in various ways, for example by visual observations like weight gain or loss and evaluating self-care, declining health can be supported through lab test reports. But when this happens over a relatively short period of time, the long-term effects of aging can be ruled out. Long term aging is something that naturally occurs over time but declining health that happens rapidly can be the result of physical abuse as observed in intimate partner violence (IPV) or disciplining through an electromagnetic tether.

“Both spanking and poor parent-child relationships (lacking in warmth, communication, and support) have been found to be associated with externalizing behaviors among children (Gershoff et al., 2018; Pinquart, 2017).”

This is because spanking both dehumanizes the child and can subvert the child’s worth to a level that is on par with animals. Horses get “spanked” when their riders want to “ride” and spanking offers the child no avenue for thinking critically about his or her past or present behavior. Spanking only allows the child to feel humiliated and experience the hate and frustration of the parent who has lost control in the moment and may actually be experiencing a psychotic break from reality. Although the child may make the association that whatever behavior he or she displayed was obviously unwanted, it does not provide the child a structure of loving acceptance through carefully crafted verbal communication and sensitive speech (e.g., language). Speaking the language of violence through spanking does not offer logical reasons for the parent/s disapproval of the child’s behavior. It also lacks acknowledging the very real fact that we all sometimes fail or fall short as human beings but this doesn’t mean we aren’t loved. It means we may need to change our behavior to better fit within the parameters of society. Spanking’s unspoken verbal communication (e.g., language) is violence and hate. It’s a full-on castrating rejection of the child by casting him or her down to a level that is subhuman/animal and primal. This primal association is in regard to the display of sadism that spanking offers the child and this is the primary reason why spanking may affect negative parenting outcomes and the externalizing behaviors of the child. Children are not animals or livestock. They shouldn’t be treated like one.

The paper certainly has its limitations and drawbacks. But it is also important to note that this study’s data was drawn from the longitudinal research of the effects of welfare reform on low-income households in San AntonioChicago, and Boston (Winston et al., 1999). Approximately 2,400 low-income families at or below 200% of the Federal poverty line were randomly sampled with racial and income stratifications from low-income neighborhoods. This study is useful because the aim of the study is relevant to the outcomes of parenting and children’s behaviors, and helps fill a gap in the research literature that lacks longitudinal studies in violence against women (Campbell, 2011). In addition, the Welfare, Children, and Families: A Three-City Study (TCSoffers longitudinal data that gives us an opportunity to examine temporal effects.

Out of the large data sample, 965 children and their mothers who had completed the TCS study and included the children who resided with their mothers throughout all the phases of the research study. Most of the mothers identified as being Hispanic (57%) and had a mean age of 36.98 years (SE = 0.34). Most mothers indicated being single (59%) and reported their educational level as having a high school diploma/GED or less (56%). The focal children were mostly female (55%) with a mean age of 12.09 years. As a side note, 16 of the mothers possessed only an education up to the 8th grade. In 21st century America!!!!

The paper investigated the (1) effects of IPV on two parenting outcomes (maternal spanking and parent-child relationship) and the externalizing behaviors of children, and (2) it examined transactional associations between parenting and children behaviors. The paper hypothesized that IPV will affect parenting outcomes and children’s externalizing behaviors, both of which will go on to affect each other in a transactional manner over time. This is to say, reciprocal reinforcement had been observed. I like to think of this “reciprocal reinforcement” as meaning “the act of spanking as a form of violence may be reinforced as a problem-solving solution by the child in his or her externalizing behaviors.” But I cannot stress enough that various levels of sadism can be expressed in the act of “spanking.” I would like to know how these “spankings were carried out?

For me, the important information discovered in this study was the negative side-effects of externalizing behaviors in children exposed to intimate partner violence during their childhood and transactional processes were triggered where subsequent children’s behaviors and parental responses influence each other reciprocally over time. This study indicates that in understanding the effects of IPV on mothers’ parenting, we have to account for how older children as active individuals can influence parenting. This study shows how parents respond to their children’s behaviors will further impact their children’s behaviors setting off a reinforcing process.

How does this information connect with regard to the phenomenon of the electronically targeted individual? The effects of IPV and spanking’s affect on externalizing children’s behavior and the phenomenon of the electronically targeted individual suffering electronic assaults and torture, in my opinion, is part of the manifestation of everyday sadism (sadistic personality traits) within the non-incarcerated adult populationsadults who maintain subverting beliefs about others (such as found in rape myths and how children should be disciplined), and the proclivity of the human race to dehumanize groups based on differences in general.

THE RESEARCHERS OF THE STUDY ON INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE USED “THE OFFICE OF HUMAN RESEARCH ETHICS” TO EVALUATE WHETHER OR NOT THIS RESEARCH STUDY WAS MORALLY AND ETHICALLY CARRIED OUT!!!!

Is Social Media Man’s New Religion? Living in the Era of Invisible 21st Century Technology

Image for post

Despite Jonathan Haidt’s (social psychologist) research on how cultures vary greatly in the way they size up what moral conduct is and how society should regulate behavior, the battle between the sexes has raged throughout history and proof can be found in the Old Testament:

“She lusted after her lovers, whose genitals were like those of donkeys and whose emission was like that of horses.” (Ezekiel 23:20 NIV)

As far as I’m concerned, the above-referenced quote is nothing more than one man’s unanalyzed unconscious fear of “smallness” and inadequacy regarding the sexual power housed underneath his religious robes! These fears have gone on to create some of the grandest delusions the world has ever seen, entire wars and genocides carried out because of them.

The same religious text that gave us the above “pearl of wisdom” gave man the following guidance:

“No one whose testicles are crushed or whose penis is cut off shall be admitted to the assembly of the LORD. (Deuteronomy 23:1 NRSV)

This makes sense since women were considered second class citizens and, completely lacking in testicles and a penis, they were excluded from roles of power: “I permit no woman to teach or have authority over men; she is to keep silent.” (Timothy 2:11)

As for women who found themselves pregnant, it was decided that if she gives birth to a son she is considered “unclean” for a lesser duration of time than if she gives birth to a daughter: “In case a woman conceives seed and does bear a male, she must be unclean seven days; as in the days of impurity when she is menstruating, she will be unclean . . . Now if she should bear a female, she must then be unclean fourteen days, as during her menstruation . . . “ (Leviticus 12:1–5)

A person’s status was dependent on his upbringing, being born out of wedlock forbids you and your descendants from entering churches: “A bitched shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the Lord.” (Deuteronomy 23:2)

Oddly, Jesus was born a “bitched soul” yet he rose to such a level of power as to be seated at the right hand of God himself.

Let’s not forget to mention torture and cruelty descriptions: “You will be pledged to be married to a woman, but another will take her and rape her. You will build a house, but you will not live in it. You will plant a vineyard, but you will not even begin to enjoy its fruit. Your ox will be slaughtered before your eyes, but you will eat none of it. Your asses will be forcibly taken from you and will not be returned. Your sheep will be given to your enemies, but you will have no savior. Your sons and daughters given to another people and your eyes looking on and yearning for them always — but your hands will be without power. Jehovah will strike you with a malignant boil upon both knees and both legs, from which you will not be able to be healed, from the sole of your foot to the crown of your head.” (Deuteronomy 28:30–32,35)

And of course, there were rules on how women must cover themselves and dress to pray: “…but every woman that prays or prophesies with her head uncovered shames her head, for it is one and the same as if she were a [woman] with a shaved head. For if a woman does not cover herself, let her also be shorn; but if it is disgraceful for a woman to be shorn or shaved, let her be covered.” (1 Corinthians 11:5–6)

There were laws governing war crimes and genocide: “And now kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman who has had intercourse with a man by laying with a male. And preserve alive for yourselves all the little ones among the women who have not known the act of laying with a male.”(Numbers 31:17–18)

I have not included the biblical references discussing bizarre ways to kill your children, how and when to sell your daughter into slavery, and how and when to stone them to death.

Religion was the ancient’s form of “social control” and through its high-profile representatives, a form of ancient “social media” that directly influenced populations. Religious men attempted to promote themselves through distinguished rituals in feigning a possessed form of power from God. As a social “media” platform, we can read between the lines of various religious texts and discover the presence, to a wide degree, envy, greed, and narcissism! And finally, thanks to the work of Sigmund Freud, don’t you know, “God” has been posthumously diagnosed as suffering from Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD).

In a paper by Taylor and Strutton entitled “Does Facebook usage lead to conspicuous consumption? The role of envy, narcissism, and self-promotion” (2016) stated:

“While humans have formed social ties since the beginning of time, online social networks are fundamentally different in several ways. First, an online social network can be significantly larger; a typical offline social network has approximately 125 connections compared to a median of 300 ‘friends’ for teen-age users of Facebook, the largest social networking site. Second, social media users have fewer cues by which to form impressions of others in their networks, so they must use the limited heuristics that are available, resulting in skewed perceptions. Third, and perhaps most importantly, profiles are carefully managed by users to highlight positive attributes and present a more idealized self” (Taylor & Strutton, 2016).

Are Authorities Now Using Wireless Technology as a Form of Social Control through Biological Implants that Deliver Stimulus through Clandestine Radio Wave (Wi-Fi) Technology as a Form of Technologically-Facilitated Violence?

My approach to addressing the phenomenon of electronically targeted individuals utilized various social media platforms; WordPressMediumTwitterFacebook, and Quora. I have also provided over these platforms examples in abnormal psychology, sexual deviance, and personality disorders drawn from the books of various psychoanalysts with references to some of the latest research journal publications. I am proposing that this phenomenon may actually belong to a primitive group of people the likes of which stormed the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Last year, during one week, one of my blogs received 466 visitors. During the course of that year (2020) my blog received over 13K visitors. I am going to assume this means that people are interested in answers belonging to questions found in the field of abnormal psychology and psychoanalysis.

Most recently a journal article entitled “The Relationship Between the Dark Triad, and the Moral Judgement Level, and the Students’ Disciplinary Choices” shed light on the prevalence of Dark Triad traits among those with business degrees. That is to say, people who have occupations that require a business degree are more likely to suffer from Machiavellianismnarcissism, and psychopathy. This can be supported by the Department of Justice’s high statistics on white-collar crime and grand theft. In addition, this may be a factor that plays into the phenomenon of electronically targeted individuals suffering electronic assaults and torture. Since businesses create new products and manufacture new technologies all the time, and these new products and new technologies must be purchased by consumers there exists a business interest with regard to consumer consumption and marketing of these new products and new technologies. Wireless technologies that attack and torture human beings appeal to certain personality types like those with antisocial personality disorder or in people who suffer the Dark Triad personality traits. Questions arise as to “Who has the purchasing power to buy into these new advancing tools?” as well as “How are new consumes being targeted with regard to future sales in advertising, marketing, and healthcare?” These questions bring up other interesting questions. Questions like, “Is electronic targeting utilizing biological implants the result of local state and policing municipalities of social control?” “Or is this form of targeting the result of a post 9/11 democracy and its war on terrorism?” “Or is it the result of a democracy promoting its own form of National Socialism (free healthcare) that’s harvesting within its borders free human test fodder for experimentation?”

The paper that analyzed the effects of social media on its users said:

“Facebook users have demonstrated higher levels of envy and lower life satisfaction. They also frequently perceive others as being happier and having better lives. Furthermore, Facebook interaction may increase communication overload and reduce self-esteem. Building on these findings, this study proposes that Facebook users persistently compare themselves to other users. These comparisons, in turn, create both positive feelings (i.e. narcissism) and negative feelings (i.e. envy). This amalgam of feelings may ultimately elevate users’ desires to promote themselves through conspicuous online consumption of positional goods (Taylor & Strutton, 2016).”

For those of you who may not understand the term conspicuous consumption, it is the spending of money on the acquiring of luxury goods and services to publicly display the economic power of the income or of the accumulated wealth of the buyer. To the conspicuous consumer, such as public display of discretionary economic power is a means of either attaining or maintaining a given social status. The sociologist and economist Thorstein Veblen coined the term “conspicuous consumption,” and was a pioneer of the institutional economics movement. Veblen’s theory also produced the term invidious consumption, the ostentatious consumption of goods to provoke the envy of the people, and conspicuous compassion, the deliberate use of charitable donations of money to enhance the social prestige of the donor with a display of superior socio-economic status.

With regard to the United States government, they carry out their own form of conspicuous consumption although it is usually in the form of military acquisitions in the area of the latest fighter jets and military tanks and equipment designed to display the nation’s strength and power.

Are these newly created electronically targeted individuals suffering electronic assaults and torture part of the modern day’s version of the envies that are inspired as a result of one person’s individual envy of another’s online “conspicuous consumption” or is this a new “security tool” being utilized in the 21st century of advancing invisible technology revolving around clandestine means of social control? What’s interesting about “invisible history” is it contains countless examples of unethical, inhumane, experiments that have been carried out on groups within its population, sometimes in secret and sometimes not so secret, even before Hitler decided to exterminate the Jews and perform bizarre, painful, unethical, inhumane medical tests on them.

Italian Immigrant or Rom Gypsy? My Story of Being Misidentified as a Romanian Gypsy

Image for post
Two adolescent female Romanian Gypsies

When my eldest brother died and my family was tasked with the responsibility to bury him, my family had become pigeonholed by a stereotype. The people at the funeral home who were handling my brother’s arrangements, Brenna-Cellini funeral chapel, though we were part of an extraordinary group known as Rom Gypsies for perhaps what was due to the owner’s perception regarding my family’s “unconventional lifestyle.” I was 29 years old at the time of my brother’s sudden and unexpected death, but the administrators at the funeral home would draw a conclusion, an opinion based on a stereotype of personality trait found in my father’s personality profile. My father had a tendency to flatter, cajole, and charm the ladies, an obvious strategy many people use to influence others and win their approval. If perceived as shallow and transparent these personalities may be perceived as “lickspittles,” characters found in Dostoevsky’s novels who were represented as scoundrels, rascals, the unvirtuous, dishonest toady.

“The devil take it all! And what need was there for it? And what was the particular necessity that admitted of no delay! My goodness! The devil has made a mess of it! Besides, he has such a character, too, he’s of such a playful, horrid disposition — he’s such a scoundrel, he’s such a nimble fellow! He’s such a toady! Such a lickspittle! He’s such a Golyadkin! (Dostoevsky, 1846)”

Interestingly, many different people utilize the strategy of flattery, but when it is empty and transparent, they descend into stereotypical Evil. When it is genuine and true, they are perceived as Angelic, honest, virtuous, mild-mannered, free from malice. Interestingly, many utilizing the strategy of flattery, and many are very commonly found in roles of leadership, both in politics and business, but because my father came from the lower-middle-class subdivision, and being an uneducated man, he was perceived as a toady Rom Gypsy, an Evil character out of one of Dostoevsky’s novels. “The Rom are not known for their leadership qualities . . . a drawback to Gypsy leadership is it tends to be fragmented (Zellner, 2001, pp. 127).”

Our group misidentification may have been based on a variety of character traits such as “these dark-skinned strangers, indifferent to the rest of the world, mysterious in their comings and goings, traveling the open roads . . . their life of perpetual insecurity . . . due, no doubt, to their economic and occupational handicaps . . . met by hostility and discrimination . . . several writers have noticed that Gypsies tend to become obese as they age (Zellner, 2001, p 98–139).”

After these Gypsies immigrated from Romania to the United States during the 1880s, many were met with financial crisis and the new challenges of assimilating into a culture that didn’t understand nor embrace their ideologies and rituals. They were confronted with obstacles. In opposition to this lower class, poor, uneducated “unconventional lifestyle,” there is the phenomenon of the “successful psychopath.” The snake in a business suit, a Jeffrey Epstein. While there may be differences in social class and class refinements, personality can be found in all classes, races, and ethnicities, genders, and cultures. For me, as a student of psychoanalysis, it reduces down to this one point. Personality and identity. What makes one person like my father different from say a Bernard Madoff or Jeffrey Epstein? Social position and the person’s level of intelligence and level of education.

The growing financial crisis and new dimensions of cyber misbehavior like the recent billions of dollars cryptocurrency theft, white-collar crime, and criminals like the Enron scandal and the case of Bernard Madoff have caused a growing interest in identifying relevant characteristics and personality traits that promote problematic decision-making processes of employees and problematic workplace behavior. “Researchers and clinicians have claimed that people with specific undesirable characteristics related to the Dark Triad achieve higher positions more often than others(Babiak & Hare, 2006).” Thus, the phenomenon of the successful psychopath in the workplace has been postulated (Lykken, 1995). Jonason et al. (2012) examined different leadership skills used by employees with high levels of the Dark Triad and found that high levels of these traits lead to hard, aggressive, and forceful tactics of social influence. The conclusion drawn by the researchers said it seemed that employees holding such Dark Triad traits do not respect or consider any boundaries in order to achieve their aims and could therefore be relatively successful in some occupational areas. With the rising level of cyber thefts, the latest ways of stealing identity and money, combined with the quickly advancing field of technology, a new level of crime is unfolding around us.

To me, the lack of moral judgment and Dark Triad traits that do not respect boundaries are similar to a parent’s “tough love” approach where the ends satisfy the means. Do people in possession of Dark Triad traits believe in a “tough love” approach to their management style? Is this “tough love” suppose to “help” the employee reach his or her fullest potential? I don’t think so. I think “tough love” is a term used to justify violence, hate, and a “the end justifies the means” approach that violates personal boundaries, the likes of which promote actions we most recently observed in the storming of the U.S. Capitol. Unsurprisingly, many of the Trumpsters that stormed the U.S. Capitol probably practice techniques of “tough love” on their kids. Questions of moral judgment competence come to light. Moral judgment competence is a person’s capability to decide and behave according to moral ideals. Kihlberg’s (1964) theory describes that cognitive and affective mechanisms of moral judgment competence cannot be separated, although they are distinguishable from each other. The affective component captures the affection for moral principles and ideals, the cognitive aspect of the model describes the ability to reason and act according to these ideals and principles (Lind, 1985). “An adequate measurement of moral competence should assess both the affective and the cognitive mechanisms and should be sensitive to positive changes as a function of moral learning and intervention or to downward changes as a function of competence erosion (Lind, 2002).”

Similarly, we can look toward the phenomenon of electromagnetic frequency torture and assaults as reported by the Targeted Individual and look to the answers from questions, “To what causes do we owe the manifestation of such phenomenon?” And, “To who does the responsibility belong to ensure that certain principles and ideals are properly being followed within the laws of the United States?” “Does this phenomenon significantly deviate from the ideas and principles put forth in the U.S. Constitution?” “Is this phenomenon resulting from legal, quasi-legal, or illegal “business” activities?” I believe the answers to some of these questions belong to the examination between the relationship of Dark Triad personality traits like psychopathy or narcissism and moral judgment capabilities (Amernic & Craig, 2010; Cleckley, 1941; Galperin, Bennett, & Aquino, 2010; Hare, 1999).

How does an extraordinary minority group’s quasi-legal and illegal “business” activities different from white-collar criminals quasi-legal and illegal “business” activities? In the paper The Relationships Between the Dark Triad, the Moral Judgment Level, and the Students’ Disciplinary Choice: Self-Selection, Indoctrination, or Both? The researchers cited works that pointed to the fact that “before someone is able to pursue a successful career in the economic occupational area, the person usually has to go through the business and management education system. Therefore, there has been growing criticism concerning the academic business and management education system because it has “obviously failed to instill in their students the ethical values and norms that would have helped them to conduct their professional activity with a due sense of responsibility” (Elegido, 2009, p. 16). Likewise, when one is born, they are born into a family that may or may not promote moral judgment competency. A solution to indoctrinating young students to moral judgment competency has been found through the selection of religious pursuits and the study of religious virtues and values in religious-based educational systems, although this was not a factor in the scope of the paper’s research study.

Wilson and McCarthy (2011) analyzed the relationship between university students’ major and psychopathy and found that students majoring in economics had higher levels of psychopathy than students from other areas. The authors conclude that economics might attract students with higher levels of psychopathy because of the possibility of achieving powerful positions in the future (the so-called self-selection hypothesis). An alternative explanation is provided by proponents of the so-called indoctrination hypothesis which proposes that unethical, selfish, and immoral behaviors are more prevalent among business and management students because of the academic training received at the university (Elegido, 2009). For example, Davis (1987) reported that nonbusiness students experience significant moral growth during their years in college, while business students did not become morally more competent or even regressed.

It is important to note that gender plays a significant role in Dark Triad traits because women usually have lower scores regarding this personality constellation than men.

The aim of the paper’s study was to examine the relationships between the Dark Triad, moral judgment competence, and the students’ major subject as well as their amount of studying experience (novice vs. advanced). “The results show that after controlling for social desirability business and management students score higher in Dark Triad traits than students of other subject areas but both student groups did not differ in their moral judgment competence.”

“With regard to the Dark Triad, the self-selection hypothesis could be supported because previous studies have suggested that business and management students with comparatively higher levels of Dark Triad traits may be attracted by the opportunity of potentially powerful positions in the business world (Elegido, 2009).”

In addition, “the findings of the present study are in line with a previous study published by Wilson and McCarthy (2011) who pointed out that students majoring in commerce have higher psychopathy scores than students of other areas.” As far as narcissism is concerned, the present results are also in accordance with those of previous studies that have investigated the role of narcissism in the entrepreneurial personality (Mathieu & St-Jean, 2013). “Studies about the relevance of Machiavellianism in the economic and occupational system revealed that this personality trait is associated with abusive behaviors at the workplace (Kiazad, Restubog, Zagenczyk, Kiewitz, & Tang, 2010) a focus on power and manipulativeness (Kessler et al., 2010), and reduced commitment toward colleagues and employers (Zettler, Friedrich, & Hilbig, 2011).” And as Cleckly (1941) asserted certain psychopathic traits are conductive to managerial functions.

Another key point of this research study found no evidence that those in possession of Dark Triad traits (beginners and advanced students) were more likely to increase in their Dark Triad traits. That is to say, the level of psychopathy for managers rather represents what existed before the course of studies began and course of study nor occupational career boosted the level of Dark Triad traits. In addition to the concern regarding moral judgment competency, this research study could confirm neither, self-selection nor the indoctrination hypothesis. In other words, even if business and management students have higher levels of Dark Triad traits, they do not necessarily differ in their moral judgment competence. With regard to the relationship between psychopathy and decision-making in moral dilemmata, previous research yielded somewhat contradictory results with some studies reporting that psychopathy leads to a utilitarian bias in moral judgment processes (e.g., Bartels & Pizarro, 2011), whereas other studies have shown that there is no negative influence of psychopathy on moral decision-making capacities (e.g., Cima et al., 2010). Other research findings indicate that higher levels of psychopathic traits — particularly if associated with affective deficits — were related to a greater proportion of utilitarian responses only if the moral dilemma tasks included questions targeting a choice of hypothetical action (e.g., “Would you . . . in order to . . . ?) instead of questions which focus on abstract judgments only (e.g., “Is it acceptable to . . . in order to . . . ?), higher psychopathic traits influence the moral choice but not necessarily the moral judgment (Tassy, Deruelle, Mancini, Leistedt, & Wicher, 2013)

With regard to these findings, it can be hypothesized the phenomenon of the Targeted Individual is most probably due to some groups “business dealings” as there exists the opportunity or potential for gaining power and position over the targeted individual either in the form of economic resources (e.g., property rights) or material/consumer goods (e.g.access to commodities and consumer goods, by utilizing advancing new technologies) or it is the result of a criminal group who is interested in controlling and micromanaging a “territory” or the “territory of a single human body”, most likely in the pursuit of this group’s or individual’s resources. A form of targeting and “grooming” through manipulating individuals in the interest of controlling the sexual economy of a person’s body (e.g., sex and the female body) has been observed on college campuses (see Van Brunt, Murphy, Pescara-Kovach, & Crance, G., 2019).
