For Krafft-Ebing, women are indirectly to blame for male sadism. He blamed women’s diffidence, shyness, and timidity which he believed provokes male aggression. He believed this fact was due to the inherent “natural ordering of gender” and the “natural ordering” found within its sex roles, that is, the differences between the male and female subjects. The natural design of these two human creatures created women as “modestly, coy, and subservient”, while men would enjoy “boastful, extroverted, dominant victories”. Here I question if this is not due to the fact that man, like an animal, can sniff out “weakness” and “opportunity” in another, thereby identifying avenues to exert his dominant male prowess both in the bedroom and in business? Could this be a form of an evolutionary clairsentience that promotes man’s long-term survival as a “pack animal” in matters of dominant leadership and resources?

“The task for medical sexology was to police a double boundary: between the “normal” culture of male aggression and the “abnormal” culture of sadomasochism and between “normal” female masochism and “abnormal” male masochism. The first contradiction between “natural” heterosexuality and the “unnatural perversions” was primarily managed by projecting the “perversions” onto the invented zone of race. Sexologists like Krafft-Ebing demonized sadomasochism as the psychopathology of the atavistic individual, as blood-flaw and stigma of the flesh. Sadomasochism, like other fetishisms, was figured as a regression backward in time to the “prehistory” of racial “degeneration,” existing ominously in the heart of the imperial metropolis — the degeneration of the race writ as an individual pathology of the soul.

Thus, for Krafft-Ebing, decent doses of male aggression are a fait accompli of nature. Genuine sadism, however, exists in “civilized man” only to a “weak and rather rudimentary degree.” While sadism is a natural trait of “primitive” peoples, atavistic traces of sadism in “civilized man” stem, not from the environment or social accident, but are awakened from a primordial past: “Sadism must . . . be counted among the primitive anomalies of the sexual life. It is a disturbance (a deviation) in the evolution of psychosexual processes sprouting from the soil of psychical degeneration (McClintock, 1993).”

Unbridled sadism in contrast with consensual and commercial sadomasochism reveals a difference in nature. Commercial sadomasochism is therefore considered less biologically flawed or viewed as less externalizing or internalizing the psycho-pathologies of human nature. In its presentation, it is viewed as a historical subculture that emerged in Europe alongside the imperial Enlightenment. Far from being a primordial manifestation of racial “degeneracy,” sadomasochism is a subculture organized primarily around the symbolic exercise of social risk. Indeed, the outrage of sadomasochism is precisely its hostility toward ideas involving “nature being the custodian of social power.” Sadomasochism refuses to read power as fate or destiny. And since sadomasochism is the theatrical exercise of social contradiction, it is self-consciously against nature, not in the sense that it violates natural law, but in the sense that it denies the existence of natural law in the first place. Sadomasochism performs social power as both contingent and constitutive, as sanctioned neither by fate nor by God, but by the social convention and invention, that can change and re-order relationships.

Commercial sadomasochism insists on exhibiting the “primitive” (“slave,” “baby”, “woman”) as submissive characters in a theatrical stage production. On the sadomasochism theatre stage, we observe the “primitive irrational” as a dramatic script, in a “communion of performances” that is at the heart of Western reasoning sexual deviance. The paraphernalia of sadomasochism has traditionally been boots, whips, chains, uniforms, etc. which are the paraphernalia of state power and public punishment converted into private pleasures. Sadomasochism visibly stages irrational ecstasy and the alienation of the body at the center of the theatre stage against the backdrop of a theme of hierarchy and power and the differences found in the various positions of that hierarchical power. Thus, its Western reason reveals sadomasochism’s imperial logic and domina by refusing its fate as “without power.” Sadomasochism manipulates the signs of power in order to refuse nature’s legitimate rule over the form of male biological power and the male phallus.

Feminists demonize heterosexual sadomasochism as the sanctioned exercise of male tyranny. The historical line of patriarchy parades a long history of abuses attempting to freeze power and to always make one side passive and the other side dominant. Patriarchy is, therefore, the originator of masochistic and sadistic positions. Even lesbian sadomasochism is considered by feminists a form of “self-abasement on all levels that renders wimmin unable to execute truly feminist goals. In the theories of Louise Kaplan describing lesbian homosexuality in her book “Female Perversions” she uses the term “Pinocchios” to suggest the lesbian women have not been taught in the right way of her true feminist and so, “are not real women.” That is to say, in the true and natural sense of her feminine role as heterosexual counterpart to man. The term suggests “these women are not real women” but are instead props like the marionette puppet who was in search of becoming a “real boy”, in the toy workshop of Geppetto. While I understand this perception, I do not believe that all lesbians “were not real girls” or “are not real women” for that matter. I have found many gay women contribute a lot to our world, some holding advance degrees and professional titles may be more real than some heterosexual women who “know” their positions in the hierarchy of male patriarchy. I once revealed my experiences with homosexuality and homosexual fantasy to a psychiatrist, a woman, who, possessing an advanced degree in medicine, shared Louise Kaplan’s belief. I asked her why was I having these homosexual fantasies and feelings and she said, “I believe what you are asking me has something to do with being a ‘Pinocchio’” (e.g., not a real girl/real woman). She went no further than that one sentence and then left the room. I didn’t understand her response at first, and it was only later that I came to a conclusion regarding its interpretation after reading Louise Kaplan’s “Female Perversions.” However, there is a psychoanalytic theory that suggests all girls are born bisexual and that most choose a heterosexual path (Holmes, 2008).

Of course, analyzing the practice of sadomasochism as a form of sexual slavery in lesbian relationships one can see its disguise as “sexually forcing a woman against her will.” Likewise, men who pay women money to engage in sexual play of sadomasochism and take the dominant position are paying to indulge their sadistic fantasies of sexual abuse towards women. Yet the testimony of dominatrixes reveals precisely the opposite. By far the most common service paid for by men in heterosexual sexual sadomasochism in bondage and discipline is in the position of the submissive. In fact, in most bondage and discipline in heterosexual sadomasochism, the men pay to be the “slaves”, not the women. For me, this reveals subtle, unaddressed issue regarding female sadism and female aggression and perhaps may reveal a truth when it comes to the electronic tethering of targeted individual, which has been interpreted as a “passive form of aggression”, and its connection to the statistics and trends in patterns of aggression. It is women who have to navigate the “lost phallus” in their “denial of power” and it is the women who seek out positions as dominants wielding their sexual power to subjugate men.

With regard to the electronic tethering of the human body and the human mind, I have come to a conclusion that while these electronic devices were most likely designed by men, they will undoubtedly serve women who seek avenues to play out, on a theatrical stage, the unconscious, unanalyzed fantasies of mastery and control over others, playing into recovering her lost phallus, and this play may include both men and women. In the words of one dominatrix, heterosexual bondage and discipline in sexual sadomasochism are far from being the vicious unleashing of male dominance, sadomasochism is typically the other way around. There exists only a “few” dominant men who want to indulge their sadistic fantasies of “beating” women. That in fact, it is women who want to indulge their fantasies of being phallically dominant. Of course, we could come to a conclusion that most men are probably “proper gentlemen who know how to behave and treat women” but the fact of the matter is there may be far more men willing to beat women during sex play than the evidence suggests. They just lack the financial backing to pay for and receive its entertainment. Surprisingly, it has been reported that top-level business executives and churchmen are the main solicitors for the position of “slave” in bondage and discipline in sadomasochistic sex play. They come to be punished, humiliated, frightened, and tormented to the limits of their endurance.

Electroejaculation is a procedure used to obtain semen samples from sexually mature male mammals. The procedure is used for breeding programs and research purposes in various species, as well as in the treatment of ejaculatory dysfunction in human males. I have been studying psychology and psychoanalysis, in particular, the internalizing and externalizing of psychopathologies. Most recently we have witnessed the development of phenomenon called the Targeted Individual (TIs) and the electronically Targeted Individual (eTIs). Reviewing the psychoanalytic literature of primal scene fantasies based on Freudian theory, theories in matricide, and the development of commercial consumer BDSM fetish, it shouldn’t be that difficult to see how the phenomenon of the TI and the eTI are connected to the primal scene and is a by-product of hi-tech commercial consumer fetishism in combination with the commercial consumer BDSM fetish.

The new age of computer technology and wireless devices has given rise to issues surrounding cyber-surveillance (illegal security-service surveillance) and has been associated with crimes like cyberstalking, sextortion, murder, cyber misbehavior, and terrorizing intimate partners with newly developed 21st-century technologies, and to which encompass the United States “National Security Cyber Investigation” in the 21st century and beyond (The United States Attorney’s Bulletin, 2016; Department of Justice Journal of Federal Law and Practice, 2019).

Just like Madonna’s erotic photo album “Sex” is filled with the theatrical paraphernalia of BDSM: boots, chains, leather, whips, masks, costumes, and scripts, so too, is there a potential for newly advancing technologies that seek to subjugate Objects (victims) using an electromagnetic tether and electronic devices to control the victim. These high technologies provide an avenue for the sexual pervert to carry out a form of BDSM in fantasy. To warn of the ominous dangers inherent in these new advancing “service-security surveillance” technologies, technologies that are at play as part of the phenomenon otherwise known as the electronically targeted individual, become grossly understated (Douglas, Harris & Dragiewicz, 2019). Like BDSM, these new advancing technologies target, harass, assault, and torture victims and it runs the risk of unleashing a truly insidious dark side found within human nature itself. A power unleashed on an unsuspecting greater public with even more horror. Its uses are of particular danger to women, children, and anyone lacking power. People belonging to minority groups who lacking education, wealth, and connections of power to defend against it. For the most part, it has been women who run the risk of being raped, but children are also in danger at the hands of pedophiles. Homosexuals and transgender men and women are also targets of violence. A new tide has been unleashed in the era of the 21st century, and it is one that may bring with it a murderous and disastrous undoing.

Harnessing control of the human body utilizing radiological devices (electronic devices that respond to frequency) against the will of the human target is one of the most insidious and clandestine attempts of absolute power rooted in the paranoid-schizoid personality position. Its attempt to humiliate and dehumanize, usurping power away from human Objects (victims) is on par with the murderous machinery of the Holocaust and the inhumane experiments that followed in its aftermath performed by Nazi doctors (see Jacobs, 2007). Its actions are rooted in psychotic fantasies of the primal scene and because of its cloak of invisibility, a concept of crisis has developed. How are we to adequately describe these invisible violations if we can’t accurately explain what they are?

In the theatre of BDSM, patriarchy’s traditional theme is offered. The theme that manhood is synonymous with mastery, and submission is bound to female fate (see Neidecken, 2016; Knafo & Feiner, 1996; Knafo & Feiner, 2006). In the theatre of BDSM, a dominant’s foot may be presented as bound and a leash straps him or her to the neck of their submissive. This bondage fetish performs identity in theatre performance and displays for an audience that power is intertwined with independence. Scenes of bondage are often stapled with scenes of abandonment and separation. For if it were to display unity, there would be no need for the props it utilizes; chains, whips, handcuffs, blindfolds, leather leashes, straps, and wooden paddles (Madonna, 1992). Sex as high theatre and in the world of BDSM, high theatre parades images of servile obedience in the conventional modes of power. BDSM is situated within primal scene symbolism and it borrows its power from the everyday scenes of the cultural economies it is found in. Money, prisons, dungeons, bathrooms, and the houses of elite empires. In reality, it is nothing more than psychopathologies of the flesh. According to Richard von Krafft-Ebing, “Sadism was an aberrant and atavistic manifestation of the “innate desire to humiliate, hurt, wound, or even destroy others in order thereby to create sexual pleasure in one’s self (McClintock, 2013).” In the intercourse of the sexes, sexuality affords both men and women, not only the power but the greater pleasure in “winning over,” and “conquering.” It was Krafft-Ebing’s opinion that while men tend toward aggressive postures, women derive pleasure from innate coyness and, with her victory over attracting the gaze of her male aggressor, affords her intense gratification and satisfaction (McClintock, 2013). Especially when it runs against other females in competition for sex (Sarteschi, 2017). For the most part, men and women utilize violence in two very different ways. Similar to Krafft-Ebing’s opinion, statistical records record that the percentages of violence and favors male aggression (Fox & Fridel, 2017; Hudak, Corry, Schwimmer & Rupp, 2020). Whereas women tend toward more passive-aggressive modes of aggression, utilizing more hidden and clandestine alternatives (e.g., deception, pathological lying, and high impression management).

It is my opinion, I have an adult child harassing me, utilizing power over me with the use of electronic devices that respond to electromagnetic frequency signals (radio waves). A personality void of empathy and the capacity to feel any real concern for the welfare of others. He plays with me like a toy, a remote-control human toy. And in my opinion, it is one of the grandest criminal conspiracies rooted in organized crime I have ever come to know. This phenomenon possesses such a threat to the national security of the United States of America, that I fear for everyone’s safety in defense against it because it has harnessed the power to inflict even greater harm on American citizens walking freely within our country’s borders by usurping free will and acting as that person’s individual sovereign. It is bigger than just gang stalking. It has the power to control people like cattle. Like Hitler did with the Jews, it corrals people like livestock and groups them together as something “other.” And where ever there is absolute power, absolute virtue never follows. We know this from past history. Tyrants are little children who have never learned how to navigate loss and separation and mature into proper adult development (see Yardley, 2004). In a paper entitled “Dark Triad, Tramps, and Thieves” the authors write:

“Despite the obvious importance of individual differences in understanding offending behavior (e.g., Miller & Lynam, 2001; Wilcox, Sullivan, Jones, & van Gelder, 2014)there has been relatively little research exploring the relationships between personality and petty thefts in non-incarcerated adults (Lyons, & Jonason, 2015).”

This means there is a clinical lack of understanding regarding sadism’s relationship to personality within the population of non-incarcerated adults. That is to say, there is a tremendous lacuna in the research literature with regard to the prevalence of sadistic traits and their connection to personality in the world of non-incarcerated adults today, and how these individual-specific sadistic traits contribute to the invisible crime of electronic targeting. Because Lyons and Jonason’s research was based on the information provided by the self-reported crime that went unnoticed, it reveals to us the higher prevalence of sadism within adult non-incarcerated populations. This data is usually obtained by researchers utilizing the information provided by prison institutions who have access to the base of clinical evidence for incarcerated populations (see Lyons & Jonason, 2015; Buckels, Jones, & Paulhus, 2013; Johnson, Plouffe, & Saklofske, 2019; Krick, Tresp, Vatter, Ludwig, Wihlenda, & Rettenberger, 2016; Nitschke, Mokros, Osterheider, & Marshall, 2013).

Primal scene experiences and fantasies are viewed as a blueprint for internalized object relationships. The concept of the primal scene dramatically depicts a blending of past and present, fantasy and reality in the child’s relationships (see Niedecken, 2016; Knafo & Feiner, 1996; Knafo & Feiner, 2006). So, his use of objects in identificatory ways reveals to the onlooker his unanalyzed unconscious connection which speaks of a “human absence,” an empty and impoverished childhood. Because his behavior demonstrates a great absence in his ability to “connect” with the Object interpersonally, he uses a theatre stage with inanimate props and human subjects. In order for the perpetrator to establish his “connection” with one of his victims, he must utilize a prop that serves as an intermediary position, an electronic device. A device that functions as a counter-phobic object to ward of anxieties induced by this Object (Fabozzi, 2016; Gaddini, 2003; Galligan, 1994; Chatterji, 2009; Hull, 2004); electronic technology in the form of a handheld toy. Once he creates this “connection” he establishes a remote, from a distance, approach to establishing a relationship with the human target and thereby “wins” his “possession” based on unequal advantage (Winnicott, 1971). The stage of sexual commerce of BDSM is the transformation of power (Chescheir & Schulz, 2004),and this transformation is also witnessed in domestic violence and terrorism. This technology is no different than rape (Conaghan, 2019) or the coercive control used by the abuser in intimate partner relationships (Stark, 2007). It demonstrates a deeply troubled mind in terms of object relations, and I am going to theorize this troubling behavior may be the product of avoidant or ambivalent attachment in childhood (Wallin, 2007). Children who suffer from avoidant attachment possess the greatest potential for inflicting harm. As a result of avoidant attachment, persistent parental abandonment, and neglect force the child to play independently by himself with his toy props. These children appear very well behaved to onlookers because they don’t cry once their parental objects have left the room. And because of this persistent parental abandonment and neglect, the child may have trouble establishing relationships in adulthood. This troubling behavior may also be due to a learning disability like autism. It may also be the result of “payback” for some perceived wrong and the human Object (victim) has now become part of the “bad breast” in the paranoid splitting of the mother. The paranoid-schizoid personality suffers from the psychic splitting of the mother into two parts; the good breast and the bad breast (see Jacobs, 2007). It is also termed the ambivalent breast which makes up ambivalent attachment. Either way, whatever is at the root of this troublesome behavior it MUST be stopped!!!

Jordan Matthew Walsh wrote, “My hypothesis is as follows: an act of violence enacted on the stage and viewed by an audience can act as a catalyst for the coming together of the audience in defense of humanity, a togetherness in the act of defying the truth mimicked by the theatrical violence represented on stage, which has the power to stir the latent power of the theatre communion (Walsh, 2012).

Through the contract of mimesis between the author and the players in the theatre, we come to an understanding of how this “latent power” may be working. Do you remember the Aurora Colorado Theatre shootings? James Eagan Holmes set off tear gas grenades and shot into the audience with multiple firearms during the midnight screening of Batman movie The Dark Knight Rises. Although a court-appointed psychiatrist, Dr. William Reid, reported Holmes had no obsession with Batman and that the particular theatre was chosen because it would mostly carry an audience in full attendance, it makes one wonder about mimesis and its connection on how the “theatre of cruelty” influences audiences and individuals like James Holmes. Definition of “mimesis” in literary criticism and philosophy carries a wide range of meanings, including imitatioimitationnonsensuous similarity, receptivityrepresentationmimicrythe act of expressionthe act of resembling, and the presentation of the self. In ancient Greece, mimesis was an idea that governed the creation of works of art, in particular, with correspondence to the physical world understood as a model for beauty, truth, and the good. We can make a connection between mimesis and the audience in stage theatre and on-screen and how those narratives of violence, along with other narratives, combine to affect individuals in the nature of “the theatre of cruelty.” In Walsh’s academic paper presented to the theatre arts department at Pittsburgh University, he refers to this “theatre of cruelty” in the works and refers to the works of Antonin Artaud and Sarah Kane.

If we look to the history of how social movements and sexually deviant groups establish rights and shape legislation, we can take Walsh’s statement “violence is used as a tool for empowering the audience through the theatre of cruelty on ‘a stage’” (a viewing audience) and compare the cruelty seen in a theatrical stage production against the murder of the Black Dahlia. From a viewer’s standpoint, one can understand how the body was carefully and artfully positioned, in the display as if she was posing for a photograph. From these examples, it isn’t a far leap to establish a connection between the theatre of cruelty and the organized movements of BDSM that began during the 1970s. Occurring at the same time were women’s upward mobility and equal pay. BDSM and homosexual rights were also moving from the realm of socially unaccepted subcultures to being legally recognized in various US states. Women’s upward mobility with their right to equal pay and access to employment in upper positions of management, along with the homosexual movement for gay rights, and BDSM were achieving recognition through social movements and legislation that sought to protect the rights of these groups. So, we can see how subcultures try and achieve for themselves legal rights, and the legal right to homosexual marriage was finally achieved when all fifty states ratified laws pertaining to its intuition in the United States in 2015.

However, one of the latest subcultures to emerge was the culture that stormed the US Capitol and to which I believe is the subculture responsible for attacking US citizens through invisible electronic assaults. A subculture found within the middle class, that may not necessarily be actual Trump supporters, but that utilizes “a theatre of cruelty” on a stage geared toward violence.

BDSM reaches as far back as the 17th century and 18th century in which it was claimed flagellation was an effective remedy for erectile dysfunction and female lower libido. The seminal text that identified sadism and masochism was Richard von Krafft-Ebings’ “Sexual Psychopathy: A Clinical-Forensic Study” (1889). The economic growth of the industrial revolution created an upper middle class with more disposable income to pursue the pleasures they had not otherwise enjoyed in the past. Likewise, the perpetrators carrying out electronic targeting against Targeted Individuals (TIs) belong to a subculture that has provided them both the disposable income and the time to, not just purchase electronic devices and find avenues for the implantation of biological devices, but they pursue the sadistic enjoyments electronic torture offers them through imposing pain, suffering, humiliation, degradation, dehumanization through its sadism. These “targets” are accessed on a viewable “stage” over electronic devices that allow for the victims to observed during their torture. Regardless of whether the stage belonging to the electronically targeted individual is visual, audio, cyber-electronic or all three, it is nonetheless a “stage” of viewing set-up by the “director/orchestrators” to entrap and torture their victims.

Madonna’s book “Sex,” published by the pop star in 1992, offers a graphic glimpse into this subculture’s commercial world of the BDSM fetish and carefully crafts the message regarding the “dominant” and “submissive.” Sadomasochism in the world of the BDSM fetish theatrically flouts the edict that manhood is synonymous with mastery, and submission is synonymous with female fate. Its connection to hate, humiliation, and masculinities, which are extreme violence’s main message, cannot be ignored. Extreme acts of violence against others offer two vocal sentiments. One, I am not a little girl, and I will not be humiliated by being cast into the role of a submissive female child. And two, I will not be humiliated by a superior member of the group. Thus, the art of BDSM carefully constructs defining gender and sex roles used within its sex play regardless of one’s biological gender.

In the journal article Maid to Order: Commercial Fetishism and Gender Power, Anne McClintock writes:

“The outrage of “Sex” is its insight into consensual sadomasochism as higher theater. Demonizing sadomasochism confuses the distinction between unbridled sadism and the social subculture of consensual fetishism. To argue that in consensual sadomasochism the “dominant” has power, and the “slave” has not, is to read theater for reality; it is to play the world forward. The economy of sadomasochism is the economy of conversion: slave to master, adult to baby, pain to pleasure, man to woman, and back again. Sadomasochism, as Foucault puts it, “is not a name given to a practice as old as Eros; it is a massive cultural fact which appeared precisely at the end of the eighteenth century, and which constitutes one of the greatest conversions of Western imagination: unreason transformed into delirium of the heart.” Consensual sadomasochism “plays the world backwards.”

Practitioners of BDSM always claim the violence is “consensual.” But in court proceedings that defend a person’s right against such violent acts, even when written proof of consent is provided, the law will not recognize it. The violence practiced by BDSM presents in the court of law, as violations involving criminal battery. Any physical contact that results in bodily injury is illegal by definition under the law. Any physical contact that results in emotional injury and psychological pain is equally illegal by definition of law.

The making of consent is not unfettered, but not vested with one source; it is a dialectic between ordinary people and the law, the social reality that orders relationships within a prescribed legal category. Even if the individual consented to be electronically targeted, assaulted, and tortured, the law will not recognize it because “those persons that do freely consent to such force and bodily injury no doubt requires the enforcement of the very [criminal] laws that were enacted to protect them and other humans. Ultimately, the court concluded that “consent of the victim is not generally a defense to assault or battery, except in a situation involving ordinary physical contact or blows incident to sports such as football, boxing or wrestling (Weinberg, 2016, p. 10).”

The difficulty surrounding previewing the evidence of electronic targeted assaults and torture is that mostly it offers no physical evidence. The only evidence that can be recorded, or, if lucky, viewed by a witness during an assault, comes either as recorded video, recorded audio, or written down as an account of the event, and even then, reasons for the aberration of behavior on film and in audio can be supported by other possibilities. For example, the stumbling of speech, or the disorientation preceding a fall can be attributed to “intoxication.”

In a paper entitled “Dark Triad, Tramps, and Thieves” the authors write:

“Despite the obvious importance of individual differences in understanding offending behavior (e.g., Miller & Lynam, 2001; Wilcos, Sullivan, Jones, & van Gelder, 2014), there has been relatively little research exploring the relationships between personality and petty thefts in non-incarcerated adults (Lyons, & Jonason, 2015).”

The exact nature of the research study was to explore the link between personality and thieving and to consider the individual differences in impulsivity and the Dark Triad (narcissism, psychopathy, and Machiavellianism) and commonplace, low-level thieves. Through the use of online questionnaires, the researchers examined how Dark Triad traits and dysfunctional and functional impulsivity provide insight into individual differences with regard to petty theft, those who admitted having stolen something in their lifetime, were higher on primary and secondary psychopathy, Machiavellianism, and dysfunctional impulsivity than those who had not stolen anything.

In my opinion, there is a tremendous lack of understanding in the research literature with regard to the prevalence of sadism in the world of non-incarcerated adults today, and how individual-specific sadistic traits contribute to the invisible crime of electronic targeting. Since I can give a personal account for the side-effects of electronic targeted assaults and torture, and its relationship to petty theft and sexual assault (rape), I feel it pertinent to voice the power of this technology to induce a lower-level state of conscious awareness. I can attest to the very real possibility that electronic targeting contributes to the proliferation of petty theft and even sexual assault and rape. Since electronic assaults hold the potential to lower the level of one’s conscious state of awareness, it opens the door for the perpetrator to victimize the subject because the ability of the victim to defend against such attacks has become compromised. Not too unlike the lower level of conscious awareness induced by alcohol or sedating pharmaceutical drugs. This is the new theatre stage of cruelty set for the consumption of a form of commercial fetishism with regard to electronics and petty thieving and sexual assault in the 21st century. The leather strap tether has now become the electronic tether in a Master-Slave relationship.
