Analysis of Gang Stalking, Electronic Targeted Assaults, Psychotronic Torture and a Historical Perspective on Oppressing Minority Groups

This paper attempts to explain the phenomenon known as the Targeted Individual (TIs) through a historical, sociological, psychological and philosophical lens.

To begin, I originally thought gang stalking and electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture were tied to the perpetrator’s possession of strong essentialist’s beliefs in a “common culture”. For it to be classified as a phenomenon that displays a characteristic possession of strong essentialist’s beliefs, the person would have to believe in upholding the principles that adhere to teaching practical skills and knowledge to young children, shaping self-discipline, and responsibility within a mainstream “common culture.” But the very act of gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture combined with other elements of electronic harassment deviate from essentialist’s principles in that perpetrators of these crimes seek to alleviate themselves from responsibility by veiling their identity through strategic tactics. In fact, its behavior is more closely rooted in the psychotic foreclosure of splitting that becomes part of the cycle of violence often observed in patterns of domestic violence and domestic abuse (male batterers). Torturing people with low-level frequency (ELF) is not “helping” someone, it is harming the individual because of its tedious, bothersome intrusions which seek to passive-aggressively nudge the individual towards sickness and untimely death. The sequelae of gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture are not fully understood yet, but it has been established through independent research studies to be connected to Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, and anxiety. Similar to how new pharmaceutical drug therapies’ side-effects are poorly understood, the full sequelae of side effects haven’t been officially documented. As with new pharmaceutical drugs, new advancing technologies can also pose potential harmful side-effects. Doctors prescribe pharma drugs to patients when they believe the benefit of taking the drug will far out ways any possible harmful side-effects. In this light, it would appear gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture may be part of some type of unethical, inhumane medical research study or connected with clandestine military experiments utilizing control over subjects.

Essentialist principles encourage traditional “common culture” and therefore anything that may lie outside of the traditional “common culture” would be considered deviant. It’s the difference between the conservative Republicans and the liberal Democrats. To make an even more fundamental comparison, we could illustrate the fundamental differences between white culture versus black culture. Comparing the differences in popular music genres in both groups and comparing the differences in popular visual art in both groups. These are some of the basic differences between young white Americans and young black Americans.

Every individual upholds some level of essentialist beliefs. Some score high, while others score much lower. Strong essentialist beliefs are associated with certain groups like the Marines or uncorrupted police officers who uphold principles of honor, courage, and commitment. These types of principles of leadership strongly support community ties and the regulating of behavior by adhering to strong family values and core principles of leadership. Leadership principles that exemplify the ultimate in ethical and moral behavior. Never lie, never cheat or steal; abide by an uncompromising code of integrity; respect human dignity and respect others. Honor compels people to act responsibly, fulfill their obligations, and hold themselves and others accountable for every action. Those that score much lower in essentialist’s beliefs may be associated with minority groups that deviate from traditional “common culture” core values of leadership.

Historically, over seventy years ago, the stereotype of the traditional mainstream “common culture” in America was presented to the public as the white suburban family. Husband, wife, two children, living in middle-class suburban housing development, wearing traditional conservative clothing, owning a moderate automobile, with the father holding middle management job. To illustrate social difference, this stereotype starkly opposes the radical group known as the “hippies” that were popular during the 1960s, and with the formation of this alternate lifestyle, as with the formation of any alternate lifestyle, we witnessed the manifestation of social conflicts. Differences between majority groups and minority groups contributed to civil unrest, political protests for social rights that oftentimes turn violent. Vietnam War protests and the black Social Rights Movement expressed the difference in opinion between the two groups. Radical groups are commonly defined based on the differences in their lifestyle choices, value systems, and social practices that deviate from mainstream “common culture.” Extraordinary groups like the Gypsies, the Mormons, and the Old Order Amish are some groups that, although may not be considered “deviant”, lie outside the traditional American “common culture”. Group differences are what generate fear and isolation and it is usually through segregation by the larger majority, seeking to isolate the opposing minority groups and block them from gaining any form of social momentum, power, or leverage within the mainstream social order. This cannot be said of the Old Order Amish who actively isolate themselves from the larger majority based in their religious beliefs, but we see how human homogeneous tendencies isolate and protect the integrity of the group. This basic philosophical principle is what I believe is contributing to the phenomenon of the Targeted Individual (TIs) suffering electronic targeted assaults and psychotronic torture.

ELF is the use of extremely low frequency which can accomplish a form of electronic targeted assault and torture. Imagine receiving low-level frequency stimulation/vibration to your dental implants that is unconsented and unannounced as you go about your routine. Mild vibrational energy to the head, that can create mild forms of discomfort and fatigue. Electronic stimulation (vibration) in the lower back and spine giving the subject a sensation of a gnawing type of discomfort and bothersome annoyance that creates a dystopic existence in an individual’s life. Roaming levels of moving electromagnetic stimulation that move throughout the entire human body is another aspect of electronic targeted assault that contributes to the onset of depression, anxiety symptoms, and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Being awakened in the early morning hours when it is suddenly turned on, both in your head and other times in the lower body, aimed at making the individual feel extremely uncomfortable. Then, the person, trying to offset their discomfort by eating or by anesthetizing themselves by drinking alcohol contributes to the long-term sequelae of electronic targeted assaults and psychotronic torture. Targeted Individuals claim to hear “voices” and some of these voices talk and answer them. This is one of the most insidious aspects of the targeting because the symptoms get labeled “schizophrenic” by medical doctors because the actual reason as to how this technology accomplishes what it accomplishes remain vague and poorly understood.

Gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture is a “bloodless crime.” In reviewing another form of phenomenon, Cattle Mutilations, where various forms of livestock are killed and then mutilated by organ removal. Cattle Mutilations, at first glance, doesn’t appear to be a “bloodless” crime but it does possess a form of bloodlessness. A very common report in cases of Cattle Mutilations is the draining of blood from the animal, followed by organ harvest. In many cases, people victimized by this form of crime, report no blood spatter or blood spill at the crime scene and since we can only understand the meaning behind its silent articulations, I asked myself what is the symbolism of “bloodless bloodshed.”

The symbolism of “bloodless bloodshed” can be described by the adjective “exsanguine” as in meaning “no longer having or seeming to have or expecting to have life.” Bloodless symbolism can also be described using the adjective “anemic” and in possessing a paler from illness or emotion. “She spoke with bloodless lips.” Yet in other symbolism bloodless can mean “without vigor or zest or energy” or “spiritless” as in “a bloodless young man.” In another form of symbolism bloodless bloodshed could also mean “devoid of human emotion or feeling,” as used in the phrase, “bloodless economic indicators.” It is the “nonhuman” symbolism inbloodless bloodshed that most closely represents what the phenomenon’s unspoken articulations represent as in “not belonging to humans, not produced by or appropriate to human beings.” Thissymbolism behind gang stalking, electronic targeted assault, and psychotronic torture establishing “fear and isolation from the opposing group” based on difference or conflict. When a group begins to no longer see the opposing group as human, what often follows is the collapse of meaningful dialogue and the eruption of violence. This means conflict is at the heart of gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture. However, conflict is not abuse. Abuse is abuse and since violent abuse registers in the realm of psychotic foreclosure in the splitting of objects into good and bad parts (paranoid schizoid), thereby establishing these behaviors associated with gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults and psychotronic torture as belonging to a psychotic personality constellation in its analysis. It is for this reason in dream symbolism of the Targeted Individual, a corpse of someone you don’t know may symbolize the behavior of gang stalking violence, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture and represent the deranged mind of the perpetrator because of its tyrannical dictatorship over the individual. Just like the passage of Time in aging’s, the tyrannical rule over the living with Time’s slow creeping and ushering us into an age of predestine death and ultimately our own mortality through a third-party by proxy assistance. A corpse is emotionless, and psychotic foreclosure is devoid of the capacity of concern and well-being for another. That represents a lack of empathy that can register in dream symbolism as “a cadaver” or “dead body.”

Since political groups that inhabit the White House are extremely good at “spin” in transmitting disinformation, I have to ask the reason why Donald Trump was encouraged to run for president? Could this have been for the promoting of an illusion directed at Republican reprisal? Maybe not, but no one will know for sure because some things are kept clandestinely hidden from viewing eyes. This is my opinion because Donald Trump was manipulated just like Donald Trump manipulated others. It is this point to “illusion” and “theatrical stage production” that I have directed your attention here. The illusion that a Targeted Individual presents as “schizophrenic” because he or she is “hearing voices,” and its connection to a theatre re-enactment or a clandestine seduction utilizing deception (Machiavellianism) and “spin”.

Victims of gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture suffer bloodless bloodshed can be explained through its symbolism (noted above). Its meaning and purpose belong to the Silent Production of Violence or Silent Crime and with the nature of the clandestine assaults, this means we have to read its silent articulations through reading silence, that is, through unspoken language which does not explicitly say which arrives at the point of falling away from any meaningful dialogue and the eruption of violence. This phenomenon has been called trauma-based conditioning in forming a subject and reading Judith Butler’s “The Psychic Life of Power: Theories in Subjection” can help one come to an understanding as to what this phenomenon represents.

Bloodless bloodshed is an oxymoron term that means violence that doesn’t draw blood but inflicts some type of harm. Through independent unbiased, methodological research studies into this phenomenon, one of the reason’s provided by the researchers as to why the gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture are being carried out; the number one answer was to get the individual to “follow-up” with a support group and meet with a psychiatrist for medications and for additional mental health benefits, grants/disability payments, etc. This would make sense if, the targeted person is part of a family group that deems violence as an acceptable way to settle disputes. The targeted person, who is not working or earning a financial income, allows other family members to care for him or her, the other family members may enter into a conspiracy that would force the person into a “cage” through gang stalking, electronic coercive control (assaults), and psychotronic torture. This might be considered a legitimate avenue with which to solve a problem for those existing in subcultures of violence. Women, as a vulnerable population, maybe the easiest and most vulnerable targets. Women who provide domestic services but do not get paid for their work are considered “non-wage earners.” That is, they exist to serve those at the top of the social hierarchy and are themselves vulnerable to assault. This is one of the reasons why women are most likely to be manipulated and exploited by men in their families. Investigations and research studies into this phenomenon are still very fresh and new, but researchers have concluded this phenomenon is really happening and it is a phenomenon that is poorly understood and requires additional research to fully understand better exactly what it represents.

Although men are targets as well, women have been historically oppressed by men who wish to do them harm and this is usually rooted in some type of difference of opinion or conflict. The most dangerous position a woman can place herself in is pregnancy. When she becomes pregnant, not only does she herself become dependent, but her child as well becomes a dependent; a dependent with a dependent. During the 19th century, the role of the asylum was used as a tool to oppress women who expressed a difference of opinion or displayed behaviors that went against their mainstream counterparts. In a similar tone, the role of gang stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture is utilized in very much the same way. That is to say, it is used as a tool to oppress certain groups within a social order through hidden power structures that conceal identity and are most likely comprised of men. During the Victorian time period, men as the head of the household held absolute power over their wives and children. Husbands could then, therefore, with absolutely no proof, commit his wife to an asylum for various reasons. In the 19th century Victorian era these reasons included the following: insanity due to suppression of menses, insanity due to religious matters, insanity due to religious excitement, insanity due to nymphomania. Today, a woman would never be committed to a psychiatric hospital for such reasons. Today we have “commitment laws” that govern which types of psychiatric disorders are deemed a threat to the general public and demand that a patient be isolated from the general population at large. But to make my point, while many things do change from century-to-century and epoch-to-epoch, some things never change they only reshape and reform themselves into new types of phenomenon rooted in the same issues of social control by the majority group which, I have said, always tend to oppress minority groups through hidden power structures. Structures the likes we have witnessed during antebellum with the formation of the secret social group known as the Ku Klux Klan. When the social order loosely defines or fails completely to define what behaviors are considered deviant through the creation of statute laws clearly establishing criminal conduct, the mysteries surrounding the phenomenon will continue to befuddle and perplex everyday citizens and allow for the continuance of such crimes. This was certainly the case in the 19th century when Victorian women were locked away and never heard from again. Institutionalized and labeled “lunatics” the mystery surrounding their circumstances prevailed. We still observe abusive forms of control by men over women today in domestic violence (DV) and intimate partner violence (IPV). Two modern-day phenomena that continue to utilize coercive control and invisible power over women. Similarly, this was also the case when violence against former black slaves erupted post-antebellum. When Klan members carried out lynching and when some state or local authorities turned a blind eye to such behaviors allowing it to continue.

Gang Stalking, electronic targeted assaults, and psychotronic torture is clearly a current crime trend, and it is being carried out in a subculture that supports violence. It is for this reason; I believe the people who find themselves targeted may have previously existed in a deviant subculture or they may have had past interactions or social ties with someone who is a part of a deviant subculture. I say may have because each case is unique and needs to be evaluated in a case-by-case manner. What happens when the deviant subculture is the NSA, the CIA, or the Secret Service? Those government agencies who are interested in service security surveillance. Violence is part of many deviant subcultures and violence is perceived as an acceptable way to settle disputes among some inner-city subcultures, not just by government agencies. This phenomenon is part of a much deeper cultural problem within the United States and around the globe.

Targeted Individual (TIs) and Electronically Targeted Individual (eTIs): Concepts in crisis

Please consider the following excerpt from Conflict Is Not Abuse: Overstating Harm, Community Responsibility, and the Duty of Repair in which Sarah Schulman writes:

“The definition of “violence” has now expanded to include a new continuum of behaviors and feelings that are also generically used to ascribe a negative value to a person’s actions. The word “violence” has expanded far beyond the field of physical assault to also mean emotional abuse and, unfortunately, emotional conflict where there is no abuse. In recent years, we see “violence” and “abuse” being ascribed to social criticism, efforts to understand phenomena, and social and psychological analysis. “Abuse” is also regularly used to describe disagreement and misunderstanding. Accusations of “policing,” “shaming,” and other expressions of “call-out culture” demanding “safety” from uncomfortable ideas represent people and actions as laden with blame, refusing interactivity around the content of ideas and perceptions. This is in line with the similar practice of calling racial analysis “playing the race card.” Trying to understand and explain structures of pathology is repressed by accusations of wrong-doing. Thinking is wrong. Saying is wrong. Not only are revelations unwanted, they get mischaracterized as harm.” (1)

Now comparing this above-stated information and comparing it to the penetrative electronic assaults of the electronically Targeted Individual (eTI) I’d like to now present theories in the philosophy of law and deceptive sexual relations. The paper, Deceptive Sexual Relations: A Theory of Criminal Liability published in the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies, draws on historical accounts of deceptive sexual relations involved in medical procedures, in cases of teaching, and deceptions involving intent in the sexual activity of partners. Past cases involving doctors who, misrepresenting sex as a surgical operation to cure fits, another doctor surreptitiously replacing a medical instrument with his penis during an intimate examination, and a voice coach (music teacher) disguising sex as a therapeutic aid to help his pupil’s singing voice. However, the most extreme deception takes place when the victim isn’t even aware sexual penetration has taken place as observed in cases where some form of mind-altering substance such as alcohol or opiates or, more recently, the use of electronic stimulation (e-Stim) to sedate. This is being observed as the newest ritual in manipulating the victim’s conscious state of awareness, thereby making it difficult for the victim to determine the extent of the criminal liability and the relationship he/she has to the perpetrator of such penetrations. We can compare victim relationships to their perpetrators in cases involving sexual assault and deceptive sexual relations. (2)

In referring back to the opening excerpt I used to alert my readers’ attention to the nature of “shaming.” Historically in the realm of law, rapists were protected from prosecution through what had been previously known as “promiscuity laws.” These laws gave courts the right to expose a sexual assault victim’s past history regarding sexual abuse, especially if the victim was under the age of 14 to 16 years of age. As a result of these laws that exposed victim’s childhood maltreatment and nature of abuse and sexual abuse to the public, many rapists eluded prosecution by placing blame on the victim and through its exposure, shamed and stigmatizing the victim as somehow responsible for their own victimization. To my knowledge, these laws are no longer in use. However, with similar respect, the aspect of shaming in stigmatizing Targeted Individuals and electronic Targeted Individuals (eTIs) when it comes to the nature of these electronic assaults and victimizations, shaming is also utilized as a defense by the perpetrator. Society has projected TIs and eTIs as being “mentally ill” and in need of “medical therapy” or “medical assistance” which, in my opinion, obscures the Truth with regard to the real nature and causes for this phenomenon and it is the reason why it has been consistently kept an ongoing problem. It has been my conclusion what is known as electronic targeted assaults overlooks the nature of intimate partner violence (IPV) and domestic violence (DM) through a third-party proxy; accomplices that may be medical doctors and scientists.

With the advent of e-Stim or electronic stimulation, experimental medicine has moved into new areas of remote wireless electronic stimulation. There are various medical techniques that utilize electronic devices, computer microchip technology, the use of computers and computer software programs, hand-held devices that deliver radio frequency signals to implants and/or wearable head and body gear as recently seen in DARPA Military News (3). The latter as part of wearable body gear in the sex play of bondage and discipline in acts of BDSM and the electro-medical fetish. (4) In applications used in psychiatry and spinal nerve stimulation; such as Vegus Nerve Stimulation (VNS) and most recently with paraplegics and quadriplegics in helping them to regain mobility. We are now witnessing a move into the area utilizing light photonic physics (5). Optogenetic research has claimed to induce aggression in experimental project mice utilizing neurological implants. (6) But never have I witnessed in the modern era, where laws have been established structuring the nature of consent both in medicine, law, and finance, the financial and legal responsibilities involving medical and legal malpractice and financial malfeasance and boards positioned within hospitals and medical research facilities outlining responsibilities demanding adherence to ethical medical practices in research. These “at will” attacks in uncontrolled settings, for example when the person is driving down the road in a motor vehicle which is outside of hospitals and doctor’s office, places equipped with addressing issues of medical emergencies should they arise from such experimental procedures. These “left-wing assaults” usurping the legal rights away from a person’s autonomous action through the form of electronic attacks against their will, unbeknownst to them, and without the knowledge of the identities of the perpetrators.

These new advances in neuroscience involve manipulating the conscious mental state of mice and in some psychiatric applications, so too, involve manipulating the conscious mental state of human beings under controlled settings. In the practice of law that criminalizing deceptive medical procedures, which is similar to the legal practice of criminalizing deceptive sexual relations as prosecutable criminal offenses, both areas raise two vital questions. How accurately do definitions within these two categories of offenses capture the harmfulness and wrongfulness of the criminal acts involved? That is to say, deceptive sexual assault and the penetration of targeted electronic frequency into the human body and the human mind, and should there be separate criminal offenses specifically outlining, clearly describing, and separating the Targeted Individual (TIs) from the electronically Targeted Individual (eTIs) as victims involved in deceptive criminal acts aimed at harming the public at large? Should there be a separately defined outline to procedural law and how the law identifies, handles, prosecutes, and punishes the perpetrators responsible for the phenomenon of electronic Targeted Individuals and electronic targeted assaults? And how do we as a nation go about protecting vulnerable populations that are being abused by these criminal perpetrators? The difference between the TI and the eTI is the difference between non-penetrative and penetrative assaults. That is the difference viewed between sexual assault involving penile penetration as “rape” and non-penile penetration of sexual assault which is classified as “gross indecency.” Gross indecency as described as a deceptive sexual encounter involving sexual activity using a video camera to record a partner by misleading him/her into believing the encounter is genuine but instead the encounter is recorded and used to humiliate the victim by exposing him/her to public scrutiny. Likewise, the deceptive medical practice of implanting individuals with devices that respond to electronic signals the individual has no control over. Technological advances are occurring far too quickly and we, as ordinary men, are at a loss in grasping the social threads needed to pull together a clearer picture regarding this phenomenon and to which the social values of men may be contributing to the quick unraveling of these social threads. It is my opinion exposing this phenomenon for what it really is, that is, high gross indecency of a segment of society responsible for controlling these targeted assaults aimed at the mind and body of individuals through a third-party proxy; a rogue person in a position of power and in a position of leadership within the community.

While I can understand public misperceptions regarding the Targeted Individual (TI) and the electronically Targeted Individual (eTI) as being test subjects taking part in government mind control programs, it is my opinion these public perceptions further obscure the truth behind the true nature of what’s really happening. I’ll give a few examples of how misconceptions involving military experiments and our government secret use of hospitals, university, and military installations to carry out top-secret programs. In October 1995, former President Bill Clinton announced the federal government was responsible for top-secret military projects and apologized to the US public for these “secret projects.”

The Philadelphia Experiment. Although the Philadelphia Experiment was said to have never happened, it was an “alleged” military experiment reported to have been carried out by the U.S. Navy at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania in the United States sometime around October 28, 1943. The USS Eldridge was claimed to have been rendered “invisible” or “cloaked” to enemy devices. Although many people claimed the experiment involved an attempt at “time travel” which no actual proof of this exists and it is surmised was not the case. The experiment utilized Albert Einstein’s “Unified Field Theory” combining electromagnetism and gravity in an attempt to bend light around objects thereby making the object “invisible” or “cloaked” from enemy radar. There were reports by some naval personnel, who claimed to be part of the experimental project, of physical ailments resulting from “exposure.” Intensive electromagnetic fields have been known to cause symptoms like nausea, dizziness, and disorientation. It was my perception, if this experiment did take place, it may have been one of the United States’ first attempts at exploring “stealth technology.”

Modern stealth technology experiments begun in 1958, but there must have existed a long line of “trial by error” by experimenters in determining what parts of our physical world might work and what parts would not work regarding invisibility and cloaking. However, the Philadelphia Experiment is said to have never happened. But, two aspects of our physical world are in fact electromagnetism and gravity and man has never lost his insatiable desire to control his natural world.

The Stargate Project. In response to 1970s government intelligence sources claiming the Soviet Union was spending 60 million rubles a year on psychotronic research, the federal government through the U.S. Army established the Stargate Project secret program in 1978. It was an attempt to utilize psychics for “remote viewing” capabilities to assist in acquiring intelligence that would assist the United States with national security and cold war issues. It is reported that a few of the psychics were acquired from the Church of Scientology. Individuals who reach the highest level of discipline within the church were recruited. One researcher said that a minimum accuracy rate of 65% required by the clients was often exceeded in the later experiments. One of the project’s most successful operations was the location of a lost Soviet spy plane in 1976 by Rosemary Smith, a young administrative assistant recruited by project director Dale Graff.

Elon Musk’s new company Neuralink

Elon Musk’s newest company Neuralink established in 2016 is attempting to outfit human brains with interfaces that communicate with computers. Musk proclaimed that in a lot of ways his newest development in computer and advancing technological interfaces is “a lot like Fitbit for your brain (7).” Neuralink’s plan is to replace a small portion of the human skull with a dollar-coin sized device that can read your mind. Although neuroethical questions need to be addressed, the intentions for Musk’s technology seemed geared to help benefit man. However, the existence of the dark side of man has not changed through the course of human history and the fact remains there exists a small population within the human race who would use this technology against man’s better interests forever changing the landscape of fighting crime in ever-advancing world of hi-tech gadgetry. Proponents asking questions regarding neuroethical research wonder what living in a future world might be like if human thoughts and brains could be harnessed so as to nudged a person’s decision-making process in a different direction? What will the future of crimes like sexual assault and murder look like?

For Krafft-Ebing, women are indirectly to blame for male sadism. He blamed women’s diffidence, shyness, and timidity which he believed provokes male aggression. He believed this fact was due to the inherent “natural ordering of gender” and the “natural ordering” found within its sex roles, that is, the differences between the male and female subjects. The natural design of these two human creatures created women as “modestly, coy, and subservient”, while men would enjoy “boastful, extroverted, dominant victories”. Here I question if this is not due to the fact that man, like an animal, can sniff out “weakness” and “opportunity” in another, thereby identifying avenues to exert his dominant male prowess both in the bedroom and in business? Could this be a form of an evolutionary clairsentience that promotes man’s long-term survival as a “pack animal” in matters of dominant leadership and resources?

“The task for medical sexology was to police a double boundary: between the “normal” culture of male aggression and the “abnormal” culture of sadomasochism and between “normal” female masochism and “abnormal” male masochism. The first contradiction between “natural” heterosexuality and the “unnatural perversions” was primarily managed by projecting the “perversions” onto the invented zone of race. Sexologists like Krafft-Ebing demonized sadomasochism as the psychopathology of the atavistic individual, as blood-flaw and stigma of the flesh. Sadomasochism, like other fetishisms, was figured as a regression backward in time to the “prehistory” of racial “degeneration,” existing ominously in the heart of the imperial metropolis — the degeneration of the race writ as an individual pathology of the soul.

Thus, for Krafft-Ebing, decent doses of male aggression are a fait accompli of nature. Genuine sadism, however, exists in “civilized man” only to a “weak and rather rudimentary degree.” While sadism is a natural trait of “primitive” peoples, atavistic traces of sadism in “civilized man” stem, not from the environment or social accident, but are awakened from a primordial past: “Sadism must . . . be counted among the primitive anomalies of the sexual life. It is a disturbance (a deviation) in the evolution of psychosexual processes sprouting from the soil of psychical degeneration (McClintock, 1993).”

Unbridled sadism in contrast with consensual and commercial sadomasochism reveals a difference in nature. Commercial sadomasochism is therefore considered less biologically flawed or viewed as less externalizing or internalizing the psycho-pathologies of human nature. In its presentation, it is viewed as a historical subculture that emerged in Europe alongside the imperial Enlightenment. Far from being a primordial manifestation of racial “degeneracy,” sadomasochism is a subculture organized primarily around the symbolic exercise of social risk. Indeed, the outrage of sadomasochism is precisely its hostility toward ideas involving “nature being the custodian of social power.” Sadomasochism refuses to read power as fate or destiny. And since sadomasochism is the theatrical exercise of social contradiction, it is self-consciously against nature, not in the sense that it violates natural law, but in the sense that it denies the existence of natural law in the first place. Sadomasochism performs social power as both contingent and constitutive, as sanctioned neither by fate nor by God, but by the social convention and invention, that can change and re-order relationships.

Commercial sadomasochism insists on exhibiting the “primitive” (“slave,” “baby”, “woman”) as submissive characters in a theatrical stage production. On the sadomasochism theatre stage, we observe the “primitive irrational” as a dramatic script, in a “communion of performances” that is at the heart of Western reasoning sexual deviance. The paraphernalia of sadomasochism has traditionally been boots, whips, chains, uniforms, etc. which are the paraphernalia of state power and public punishment converted into private pleasures. Sadomasochism visibly stages irrational ecstasy and the alienation of the body at the center of the theatre stage against the backdrop of a theme of hierarchy and power and the differences found in the various positions of that hierarchical power. Thus, its Western reason reveals sadomasochism’s imperial logic and domina by refusing its fate as “without power.” Sadomasochism manipulates the signs of power in order to refuse nature’s legitimate rule over the form of male biological power and the male phallus.

Feminists demonize heterosexual sadomasochism as the sanctioned exercise of male tyranny. The historical line of patriarchy parades a long history of abuses attempting to freeze power and to always make one side passive and the other side dominant. Patriarchy is, therefore, the originator of masochistic and sadistic positions. Even lesbian sadomasochism is considered by feminists a form of “self-abasement on all levels that renders wimmin unable to execute truly feminist goals. In the theories of Louise Kaplan describing lesbian homosexuality in her book “Female Perversions” she uses the term “Pinocchios” to suggest the lesbian women have not been taught in the right way of her true feminist and so, “are not real women.” That is to say, in the true and natural sense of her feminine role as heterosexual counterpart to man. The term suggests “these women are not real women” but are instead props like the marionette puppet who was in search of becoming a “real boy”, in the toy workshop of Geppetto. While I understand this perception, I do not believe that all lesbians “were not real girls” or “are not real women” for that matter. I have found many gay women contribute a lot to our world, some holding advance degrees and professional titles may be more real than some heterosexual women who “know” their positions in the hierarchy of male patriarchy. I once revealed my experiences with homosexuality and homosexual fantasy to a psychiatrist, a woman, who, possessing an advanced degree in medicine, shared Louise Kaplan’s belief. I asked her why was I having these homosexual fantasies and feelings and she said, “I believe what you are asking me has something to do with being a ‘Pinocchio’” (e.g., not a real girl/real woman). She went no further than that one sentence and then left the room. I didn’t understand her response at first, and it was only later that I came to a conclusion regarding its interpretation after reading Louise Kaplan’s “Female Perversions.” However, there is a psychoanalytic theory that suggests all girls are born bisexual and that most choose a heterosexual path (Holmes, 2008).

Of course, analyzing the practice of sadomasochism as a form of sexual slavery in lesbian relationships one can see its disguise as “sexually forcing a woman against her will.” Likewise, men who pay women money to engage in sexual play of sadomasochism and take the dominant position are paying to indulge their sadistic fantasies of sexual abuse towards women. Yet the testimony of dominatrixes reveals precisely the opposite. By far the most common service paid for by men in heterosexual sexual sadomasochism in bondage and discipline is in the position of the submissive. In fact, in most bondage and discipline in heterosexual sadomasochism, the men pay to be the “slaves”, not the women. For me, this reveals subtle, unaddressed issue regarding female sadism and female aggression and perhaps may reveal a truth when it comes to the electronic tethering of targeted individual, which has been interpreted as a “passive form of aggression”, and its connection to the statistics and trends in patterns of aggression. It is women who have to navigate the “lost phallus” in their “denial of power” and it is the women who seek out positions as dominants wielding their sexual power to subjugate men.

With regard to the electronic tethering of the human body and the human mind, I have come to a conclusion that while these electronic devices were most likely designed by men, they will undoubtedly serve women who seek avenues to play out, on a theatrical stage, the unconscious, unanalyzed fantasies of mastery and control over others, playing into recovering her lost phallus, and this play may include both men and women. In the words of one dominatrix, heterosexual bondage and discipline in sexual sadomasochism are far from being the vicious unleashing of male dominance, sadomasochism is typically the other way around. There exists only a “few” dominant men who want to indulge their sadistic fantasies of “beating” women. That in fact, it is women who want to indulge their fantasies of being phallically dominant. Of course, we could come to a conclusion that most men are probably “proper gentlemen who know how to behave and treat women” but the fact of the matter is there may be far more men willing to beat women during sex play than the evidence suggests. They just lack the financial backing to pay for and receive its entertainment. Surprisingly, it has been reported that top-level business executives and churchmen are the main solicitors for the position of “slave” in bondage and discipline in sadomasochistic sex play. They come to be punished, humiliated, frightened, and tormented to the limits of their endurance.

Sex and Electricity, Yep, it’s a thing!

In the practice of extreme pornography, the use of bondage and discipline in sexual acts of sadomasochism is a common theme. In some extreme pornography female actors as well as male actors may consent to be mildly electrocuted through the use of electric stimulation through the use of “e-stim sex toys.” Where once we witnessed the paraphernalia of sadomasochism in bondage and discipline as being traditionally boots, whips, chains, uniforms, etc. as the paraphernalia of state power and public punishments conversion into private sexual pleasures. We are now witnessing in the era of 21st-century technology a combining of the commercial consumer fetish of BDSM with the latest in e-technology (electronics, wireless electronic devices) in forms of bondage and discipline and sexual sadomasochism and its conversion onto a theatrical stage, albeit confined to the deranged mind, a hidden and clandestine use of power and dominance hidden behind a theatrical curtain. The use of electronic devices that deliver e-stim in the subjugation of powerless victims by powerful dominant.

Electroejaculation! Are you interested in knowing what it is?

Electroejaculation is a procedure used to obtain semen samples from sexually mature male mammals. The procedure is used for breeding programs and research purposes in various species, as well as in the treatment of ejaculatory dysfunction in human males. This procedure is used frequently with large mammals, particularly bulls and some domestic animals, as well as humans who have certain types of anejaculation. This is the pathological inability of a male to ejaculate despite obtaining an erection. Electroejaculation has also been used for cryo conservation of animal genetic resources where one would collect semen and keep it stored in low temperatures with the intent of conserving genetic material and future revival.

In humans, electroejaculation is usually carried out under a general anesthetic. An electric probe is inserted into the rectum adjacent to the prostate gland. The probe delivers an AC voltage, usually 12–24 volts sine wave at a frequency of 60 Hz, with a current limited to usually 500 mA, although some devices can generate currents of up to 1 A. The probe is activated for 1–2 seconds, referred to as a stimulus cycle. Ejaculation usually occurs after 2–3 stimulus cycles. Care must be taken when using currents greater than 500 mA, as tissue burns may result due to the heating of the probe. The stimulus voltage stimulates nearby nerves, resulting in contraction of the pelvic muscles and ejaculation.

In the movie “The Girl with the Dragon Tatoo”, a young woman who was sodomized anally by her rapist returns to the scene of the crime and uses an electrified cattle prod to sadistically assault the man as a form of “payback” for the wrongs committed by him.

Now, introducing new electrified sex toys and e-stim. Yes, this is just what it sounds like, sex toys that shock the skin and genitals on actual people’s bodies. Electrostimulation or e-stim via sex toys are having somewhat of a moment today. Adding an e-stim toy to certain erogenous zones can heighten sensitivity and deepen pleasurable feelings. “It gets right into those deep nerves and muscles.”

E-stim toys are toys that deliver controlled electric shock acutely, slightly sharp sparks to wherever the toy is placed on the body. They are not supposed to hurt, but rather stimulate. In the area of wireless hand-held devices, I wonder “can these e-toys be biologically implanted and controlled through remote, wireless devices? Perhaps even by a “rogue” operator? Is this what the phenomenon known as the electronically targeted individual is all about? Control of the human body, and the human mind, via remote wireless signals to stimulate/sedate (e.g., torture) a human victim?

Some men enjoy having their testicles tantalized with simulation (e.g., licking, tickling, sucking) and now the latest trend in sex toys are electronic devices that deliver, to the gonads, nipples, inner thigh, anal regions, a mild form of electrocution in the form of electronic stimulation (e-stim). Much like the cattle prods, farmers use to shock the backside of their heifers in order to direct and move them into the area they wish the livestock to be. For beginners, one source recommends the “Doc Johnson Stinger Wand.” It is also called the “Stinger Electro-Play Wand” and it retails for about $39.99 at www.lovehoney.com/bondage/electro-medical-fetish/ if you’re interested in providing your “love honey” some extra stimulation. This product is recommended for beginners because it is user friendly and provides a starting point for people interested in e-stim toys. It resembles a cattle prod used by farmers except it is made of red and black plastic instead of metal.

E-stim toys aren’t just limited to external play either. There are some toys on the market that are meant to be inserted or worn and can cause muscle contractions to those specific areas (think nipples, vagina, anus).

I have been studying psychology and psychoanalysis, in particular, the internalizing and externalizing of psychopathologies. Externalizing pathologies that give rise to deviant desires, in particular bondage and discipline and sexual sadomasochism. Most recently we have witnessed the development of phenomenon called the Targeted Individual (TIs) and the electronically Targeted Individual (eTIs). Reviewing the psychoanalytic literature of primal scene fantasies based on Freudian theory, theories in matricide, and the development of commercial consumer BDSM fetish, it shouldn’t be that difficult to see how the phenomenon of the TI and the eTI are connected to the primal scene and is a by-product of hi-tech commercial consumer fetishism in combination with the commercial consumer BDSM fetish.
